"Make America Healthy Again" From IRT - The Institute for Responsible Technology GM Soybean Oil Damages Liver and Kidneys New rat feeding study is further proof that GM soy isn’t substantially equivalent to non-GMO soy. Report: Claire Robinson, 12 October 2024 A diet containing GM soybean oil damaged the liver and kidney of rats in a new 90-day feeding study conducted by Iranian scientists. The study provides further proof that GM soy is not substantially equivalent to non-GM soy, meaning that regulatory authorisations given on the assumption of equivalence are invalid. The study, by Horyie Taheri of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences and colleagues, was conducted on 18 male rats in three different groups (6 rats per group). One group was fed a diet containing 10% GM soybean oil for 90 days, while the other two groups served as control groups, receiving either non-GM soybean oil or a standard lab diet, respectively. The scientists carried out biochemical analysis of the blood and at the end of the experiment, microscopic tissue analysis (histopathology) of the liver and kidneys. The scientists found that GM soybean oil caused several histological abnormalities in the liver, including congestion, necrosis, and bile duct hyperplasia (increased cell production, which may indicate a pre-cancerous state). Similarly, congestion, hemorrhage, and glomerulosclerosis (scarring of small blood vessels) were found in the kidney analysis. Moreover, GM soybean oil significantly increased gamma-glutamyl transferase (a possible sign of liver disease or damage) and insulin (often associated with type 2 diabetes) levels compared to a standard diet. Furthermore, urea and triglycerides were significantly higher in GM-fed rats compared to rats fed with standard or non-GM diet. These are respectively indications of kidney failure and a failure to break down fats, which can lead to hardening of the arteries and other diseases. The scientists conclude: “A 90-day treatment with transgenic soy-based oil caused significant organ changes in the liver and kidneys of rats. Further studies are needed to evaluate the long-term effects to better elucidate these impacts.” (Read more at GMWatch.org ) New GMO Alert: They’re Back! The Return of GMO Mustard Greens! After a brief hiatus, genetically modified mustard greens will soon make a return to the grocery store. In May 2023, we alerted you to the development and launch of Conscious Greens’s genetically modified mustard greens. The brand, nested under the Conscious Foods label, was established by the biotechnology company Pairwise Plants (Pairwise), which had developed the genetically modified mustard greens using the company’s proprietary Fulcrum CRISPR platform to be less bitter. The goal was to market the mustard greens as a healthier alternative to lettuce salad greens. However, shortly after launching the product in a limited number of US locations, Pairwise decided that it did not have the expertise necessary to significantly expand the market. So it embarked on a search for a partner that would have the experience and ability to establish and grow the product in the marketplace. It found that partner in Bayer. In May of this year, Pairwise announced that it had entered into an exclusive licensing agreement with Bayer. The agreement calls for the latter to develop and commercialize 10 genetically modified mustard green products. It is anticipated that the products will re-enter the retail marketplace either in late 2024 or early 2025. Bayer has hinted that the initial US rollout will be followed by expansion into other markets. No definitive information has been released on the composition or branding of these 10 products, but it is possible that Bayer will market the genetically modified mustard greens under one or more new brands rather than the original Conscious Greens brand established by Pairwise. The extent of the grower network and the locations of the growers are also unknown. At the moment, genetically modified mustard greens are not listed by the USDA Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) on the National Bioengineered Food Disclosure Standard (NBFDS) list. It is important to note that this partnership isn’t Bayer’s first (or last) collaboration with Pairwise. An initial 5-year Pairwise-Bayer partnership focused on research and development related to corn, soy, wheat, cotton and canola. This working relationship resulted in 27 novel traits being entered into testing programs by Bayer. Then, in 2023, the two companies announced a second 5-year multi-million-dollar collaboration to develop a short corn plant. Bayer had been working on creating a short-stature corn using traditional GMO technology prior to its partnership with Pairwise. However, Bayer shifted to using new GMO techniques in anticipation of potential EU regulatory changes that might exempt the crop from regulation and make it more acceptable for planting across Europe. In September, Pairwise announced that it had recently closed a $40 million Series C funding round. One of the key investors was Leaps by Bayer, the strategic investment arm of Bayer. However, mild mustard greens and short corn aren’t the only new genetically modified crops that are garnering Bayer’s attention. In May, Bayer announced that as part of its open innovation platform, the company would be seeking opportunities to make advances in genetically modified fruits and vegetables by incorporating enhanced nutritional value. As part of this effort, Bayer entered into a collaboration with G+FLAS, a South Korean biotechnology company, to develop a genetically modified tomato that is enhanced with Vitamin D3. Work on a genetically modified Vitamin D3 tomato was originally undertaken by researchers at Seoul National University. One of those researchers, Sunghwa Choe, is the CEO of G+FLAS. Pairwise is also actively expanding its goals and spreading its influence. Recently, the company has publicized work to create a genetically modified seedless blackberry, which it is developing in partnership with Plant Sciences. Pairwise has also licensed its technology to other developers. Tropic Biosciences is using its technology to develop genetically modified bananas and coffee. Solis Agrosciences, an agricultural research consultant, is using Pairwise’s Fulcrum platform tools in the development of new bioagricultural products. Last month, it was also announced that Pairwise is entering into a joint venture with Corteva (another Pairwise investor) aimed at accelerating the development and deployment of genetic modifications to improve crop resilience and sustainability.

At the same time, hope had drained away from Kamala Harris's supporters, who were leaving indroves from the Democratic Party event where she was hoping to make her own victory speech. yet, almost a day later she gave a concession speech telling supporters to "never give up" on their ideals; pledging a peaceful transfer of power. Do you know the real story? The Jesse Boyd Case: A Chilling Example of Attempted Erosion of Our Rights in Montana Our last issue had an introductory piece on the Jesse Boyd case. This article digs deeper into the deplorable behavior exhibited by the office of our newly elected Attorney General of Montana. By way of review, the Montana Attorney General's office recently dismissed the case against missionary Jesse Boyd, a decision that should bring a sigh of relief to every Montanan concerned about the preservation of our gun laws. Boyd and his family were walking across America, carrying a large wooden cross, when they were confronted and attacked in Cameron, Montana, in November 2022. When Boyd drew his firearm to protect himself and his family from an aggressive local man, Brad Terrell, Boyd, not Terrell, was subsequently arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon. The prosecution, led by Acting Assistant AG Thorin Geist, seemed designed to reinterpret Montana's carry and stand-your-ground laws. Specifically, the prosecution attempted to inject a false distinction into Montana Code Annotated (MCA) 45-3-111 by arguing that Boyd did not have the right to point his weapon, even in self-defense. Thankfully, Judge Luke Berger of the 5th District Court recognized the absurdity of this argument and dismissed the case, preventing a dangerous precedent from being set. This dismissal, however, should not be the end of the story. The Boyd case reveals disturbing behavior within our state government—a willingness to manipulate the law and infringe upon the rights of citizens. The fact that this occurred under the leadership of Attorney General Knudsen, a Republican recently re-elected by the people of Montana, should serve as a stark warning we cannot afford to be complacent. The Boyd case is not an isolated incident. It is a symptom of a larger problem, a creeping erosion of our fundamental rights that demands our attention. The re-election of Donald J. Trump signals a renewed focus on conservative values, but even with the backdrop of this positive change, we must hold our elected officials accountable and ensure they uphold the very principles they claim to represent. Let's delve deeper into the details of this case. Jesse Boyd, his son, daughter Bethany Phillips, son-in-law Carter Phillips, and ministry partner Eric Trent were walking on a public road in Cameron, Montana, on November 12, 2022. Boyd was carrying a Christian cross, a symbol of their faith and the message they were sharing on their journey across America. The thousands of miles from their home in North Carolina to Montana were peaceful. That peace was shattered in our Montana. They were met not with welcome, but with aggression, from a local man, Brad Terrell. Terrell's behavior escalated from verbal threats to physical violence, prompting Boyd to draw his firearm in self-defense and in defense of his family. As detailed in Boyd's own account, after a temporary calming of the situation, during which Boyd holstered his weapon, Terrell then suddenly attacked Boyd. The arrival of Madison County police should have brought a swift resolution to this conflict, but with the aggressor being apprehended and justice prevailing. Instead, the police arrested Boyd, Bethany and Carter Phillips, and Eric Trent, charging all of them with assault with a deadly weapon, a charge carrying a potential sentence of 20 years in prison. In the arrest process, the Boyd family was separated, with Jesse's 12-year-old son taken into custody by Child Protective Services. This action alone speaks volumes about the overreach and disregard for the family's well-being displayed by the authorities. Side Note: After the event, main stream media posted negative coverage. (At the end of this article is a link to the New York Post.) The comments were even worse. “I'm assuming (and that's always an iffy proposition) that he's just a "practicing pacifist" that needs more practice.” said one reader. An anonymous Angel In "The System" somebody, with access to the police body camera system, posted damning footage of Madison County police plotting to manipulate the scene intending to portray Boyd as the aggressor rather than the victim. This deliberate distortion of the truth is a chilling example of the lengths some within law enforcement will go to secure a conviction, regardless of the facts. The fact that this footage exists and was subsequently released raises serious questions about the integrity of the investigation and the potential for similar misconduct in other cases. Furthermore, as Boyd notes in his update, the very definition of "present" a weapon, as used in MCA 45-3-111, includes the concept of pointing, directly contradicting the prosecution's strained interpretation. The ordeal continued for the Boyd family and their ministry partner, who spent a week in jail before being released on bail of $50,000. They were further burdened with the expense of ankle monitors, adding insult to injury. Despite multiple attempts by the Attorney General's office to coerce them into accepting a plea deal, Boyd and his group remained steadfast, refusing to compromise their principles and admit to a crime they did not commit. Boyd's update reveals the immense pressure they faced, the financial strain, and the emotional toll of this prolonged legal battle. He highlights the absurdity of the prosecution's argument, emphasizing that MCA 45-3-111 clearly permits threatening the use of force, including drawing or presenting a weapon, in response to a perceived threat of bodily harm. The true agenda of the prosecution became clear during a September 23, 2024, hearing before Judge Berger. Acting Assistant AG Thorin Geist argued that while Montana's gun laws allow for drawing a weapon, it does not permit pointing it at an aggressor. This spurious distinction, never before articulated in a legal precedent, exposed the Attorney General's office's attempt to weaken our self-defense laws. Judge Berger, thankfully, saw through this charade, recognizing the clear language of the law and the absurdity of the state's argument. The prosecution's focus on the act of pointing, rather than the context of the threat, was a deliberate misinterpretation of the law. The Boyd case is a stark reminder that our rights are constantly under threat, even from those elected to protect them, even from those whose entire political brand is totally inconsistent with such a stance. The actions of the Attorney General's office in this case represent a blatant disregard for the Second Amendment, the right to self-defense, and the principles of due process. This is not a time for complacency. We must remain vigilant and hold our elected officials accountable for upholding the national and state Constitutions and protecting the rights of all citizens, certainly Montanans. The attempt to create a distinction between drawing and pointing is a further example of this overreach. The law clearly allows individuals to stand their ground and defend themselves without being forced to retreat, and the right to threaten force is an integral part of that self-defense. The Larger List of Rights Violated Although this case boiled down to gun laws, let's unpack the numerous ways in which the rights of Jesse Boyd and his group were violated. Presented in rough chronological order: Freedom of Speech and Assembly:  While not explicitly addressed in the prosecution's arguments, the initial confrontation stemmed from Boyd's open display of his religious beliefs, raising concerns about potential infringements on freedom of speech and religion. Unreasonable Search and Seizure:  The arrests themselves, based on a distorted account of the events, could be considered an unreasonable seizure of the defendants' persons. Right to Family Integrity:  The separation of the Boyd family, particularly the placement of Jesse's young son in CPS custody, was a cruel and unnecessary action that infringed upon their fundamental right to family unity. Right to Reasonable Bail:  The excessive bail amount and the requirement for the defendants to wear ankle monitors at their own expense represent an unreasonable burden and a violation of their Eighth Amendment rights. Right to a Fair Trial:  The manipulation of evidence and biased investigation by law enforcement clearly jeopardized the fairness of the trial process. Right to a Speedy Trial:  Imagine this happening to you—two full years go by before you see your day in court. The AG office was clearly using extended application of legal threats to coerce Boyd into a plea deal. Due Process of Law:  The entire handling of the case, from the arrests to the manipulation of evidence, demonstrates a disregard for due process and the fundamental principles of fairness & justice. A case like this should never have happened. The blatant disregard for the law and the rights of the accused is deeply troubling. The people of Montana have a powerful but dormant tool at their disposal to prevent such abuses of power: the Grand Jury system. The Fifth Amendment of our national Constitution, ratified in 1791, states that "no person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger." This provision ensures that, in federal cases, a grand jury must indict a person before they can be tried for a capital or infamous crime. Perhaps it is time we revisit this constitutional right and empower citizens to hold our legal system accountable. The Boyd case serves as a wake-up call. We must remain vigilant, informed, and engaged in the defense of our rights. -- The future of our freedoms depends on it.

By "The Lone Gunman" Benjamin Franklin once wrote “…nothing is certain except death and taxes.” But is there actually a law that says with certainty we must be taxed? This election cycle, taxation has become an increasing focus in Montana. Property, income, and even sales tax proposals are more commonplace in the halls of government with each passing day. For many Montana residents, however, the pinch they’re feeling is rapidly beginning to feel more like a noose and less of a civic duty. There isn’t much of a difference between taxes and death if you can’t afford to eat at the expense of a revenue-hungry government that keeps sending your kids over to the Middle East for endless, questionable wars. By now, we shouldn’t be surprised at such encroachments by the state. Average people are hurting financially, and each year, fewer are able to hold onto their homes amid rising costs, tax increases, and the hidden tax of inflation. Recent proposals for tax solutions in Montana only highlight the disconnect between our political ruling class and the people. For example, earlier this year, Governor Gianforte explicitly told his “property tax task force” that any statewide sales tax was unacceptable and would not be considered. How generous, given the countless other systems Americans are already paying into, with little benefit returned. Don’t forget to pay your Automobile Registration Fees, Building Permits, Capital Gains Taxes, Commercial Driver Licenses, Cigarette and Alcohol Tax, Corporate Income Tax, Estate Taxes, Federal Income Tax, State Unemployment Tax, Fishing and Hunting Licenses, Fuel Taxes, Gift Taxes, Real Estate Taxes, Social Security, Recreational Vehicle Tax, Toll Roads, Trailer Registration, Utility Taxes, Watercraft Registration, Well permit taxes, Workers' compensation—the list goes on, but the point remains: Americans aren’t truly free. The majority have become brainwashed to the point of blind obedience, thanks to a public school system at least partially paid for by our property taxes. This raises more than a few questions: When did taxation become such a burden on average Americans? Where is all the money going? And why does it feel like taxation has become a weapon against the American people? “The only difference between a tax man and a taxidermist is that the taxidermist leaves the skin.” — Mark Twain According to some sources, over 60 million Americans do not currently file a tax return. It’s a mixed bag of reasons why. Some are simply non-compliant, while others have no annual requirement to file. For those of us who currently pay income taxes to the IRS, is there actually a law on the books that requires we pay? On July 7th, 2000, We The People Foundation ran a full-page article in USA Today offering to pay $50,000 dollars to anyone who could find such an existing law. The IRS section on “Truth Against Frivolous Arguments” claims the IRS does not recognize those arguments or questions and will exercise the court system against any dissenters. Simply put, if you don’t pay up, they will hurt you. Does anyone else remember the millions of rounds of ammunition purchased by the IRS in recent years? Who paid for all of that? The truth is Americans are not free; despite what we’re told. Prior to the creation of the IRS and the 16th amendment, Americans kept all their earnings. Also noteworthy is that the majority of what we are taxed doesn’t go toward paying for services like schools or roads, but rather interest payments on the national debt, which is now over $36 trillion. TARIFFS OVER TAXES. So, what should Montana do? One thing we have in common across our great state is a disdain for outsiders. How many Californians own a second home here? The blue-state snowbird migration is real, and it makes little sense why someone who can’t handle the winters here should be allowed to take advantage of things like zero sales tax. What if there was a way to tax economic activity that crosses our state border? Perhaps our state and local politicians should follow the lead of Donald Trump. In a recent appearance on “The Joe Rogan Experience,” Trump spoke positively about the idea of replacing income taxes with tariffs: “Yeah, sure. Why not? Because we, [really], our country was the richest in the… 1880s and 1890s. A president who was assassinated named McKinley — he was the tariff king. He spoke beautifully of tariffs. And then around in the early 1900s, they switched over, stupidly, to frankly, an income tax. And you know why? Because countries were putting a lot of pressure on America: ‘We don’t want to pay tariffs, please don’t.’ ...believe me, they control our politicians,” Trump said. He did not specifically elaborate on which countries specifically control our politicians. On a recent episode of “The Tucker Carlson Show,” House Representative Thomas Massie pointed out that most House Republicans in Congress have what he called “an AIPAC (American Israel Public Affairs Committee) person.” Tragically, Massie’s wife Rhonda passed away unexpectedly less than a month after the interview. It really makes you wonder: whose side is our government really on? Who do they answer to if not the people? The fact this answer isn’t unanimous only highlights how broken the American system really is. What does that mean for us? The mass awakening will continue, and then it’s time for a reset. It works at the National level… Why not at our State level?

By "The Grace of God" Evil has been exposed. It needs to be eradicated! (We see you… we see how you operate, and we are WATCHING!) You must be stopped. No more compromising or “meeting you halfway." Evil will NEVER stop. Evil will stop only when we stop it! And not by physical force (at this point), but by voting them out of office, through referendum recalls, and by ensuring fair elections. It can no longer be denied… THERE HAS BEEN REAMS OF DATA SURFACING ALL OVER THE WORLD TO PROVE IT!  At this point, we all know someone who has been injured or murdered by all of these new world order doctrines. Question to you:  If you are or were deceived, would you want anyone to tell you the Truth?If your answer is no… Woe to you and to those you may have influence over. If you TRULY love this country, we all must unite (as Christians and patriots), to stop this ubiquitous evil! If you love Jesus, be united under the headship of Christ our King… The true King, the only King. God has given us a reprieve through President Trump. What are WE going to do with it?Go back into our complacency, seek normalcy?The old normal sucked! We want a new, better, glorious normal, where we all thrive and achieve our dreams!Where child and human trafficking no longer exists. Where witchcraft, Satan worship, and evil is no longer tolerated. And where our U.S. Constitution  is upheld and enforced! No longer will it be acceptable to shred our United States Constitution, but rather see it enforced with reverence in the fullness of its magnificence. And we start by reversing Montana Initiative CI-128… And “IF” that amendment did indeed pass without nefarious help, we need to fall on our faces, repent and ask for forgiveness. God will not be mocked! We do not fight with one another but against principalities, against evil powers, and against the worldly governors, the prince of the darkness of this world government and spiritual wickedness which are in high places. Let us not be the problem, for in God’s Kingdom, His people are expected to be the answer, taking action while being led not by the flesh but by His Holy Spirit to do His will on earth as it is done in heaven. Are we going to take Ravalli County back from the clutches of evil? It’s being exposed, and if you don’t see it, you’re not looking.Are you okay living in a world where: The LGBTQ ideologies are in our schools, Men in our little girl’s bathrooms, Drag queens behind the pulpits, Kids identifying as cats and getting litter boxes to pee in, Corruption in EVERY level of our county and state government? Can you see it? We’re tired of having to stoop to the lowest common denominator of our culture (being forced to live in absolute debauchery with humanity at its worst) and having to accept THAT as the new norm! Instead, let's lift up, encourage, and support one another to reach our full potential, becoming who God CREATED us to be. Culture is supposed to aspire to reach God’s ordained destiny, not to acquiesce to the road which leads to the ditch of depravity! Our culture should be going forward with men and women who operate in integrity, mutual love of country, and for one another. A community where we are judged by the content of our character, in the same spirit of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s quote, spoken over 60 years ago. We are still striving to accomplish his dream. It’s not about our exterior appearances, our race, or status—it’s all about the content of our character! (No matter how much they try to propagandize us into believing the opposite.) If we allow God to use us, miracles can be achieved in a short amount of time. God in us, through us, can make all the difference. We need to just show up with our five loaves and two fishes. The rest is up to God to be the Miracle Worker, the Way Maker! Don’t put God in a box. The sky’s the limit!

By Amie Mitchell There is no escaping the reality that we live in a world where people are silent when they should speak, and at times some who do speak, do so disrespectfully. Jesus tells us many times throughout the scriptures that we are called to speak the truth in love, along with how to treat one another and how to build healthy relationships. A Few Scriptures That Come to Mind Ephesians 4:15 "Rather, speaking the Truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ." Ephesians 4:25 "Therefore, having put away falsehood, let each one of you speak the Truth with his neighbor, for we are members one of another." Ephesians 4:31-32 "Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you." We often miss the fact that when we speak Truth, we are actually fighting for  people, not trying to fight with  them. Truth restores, it solves problems, and it can bring people closer. It is loving to tell someone the truth. And yes, most of us have also experienced those times when speaking the truth didn’t go as we had hoped, yet it was still necessary to speak it. We have a generation that is being deceived by the lies that the enemy has convinced them of. If we don’t speak the truth that can restore them, then we are not fighting for them as we should be. In our “being silent,” we are actually allowing lies to destroy them. People are surrounded by evil influences daily that are designed to lead them down a road to the deception that will hurt them greatly. Within our families and friendships, we either don’t speak truth when we should, or we speak the truth in a disrespectful way. At times, we shrink back from speaking the truth in love to avoid conflict. Other times it’s because we fear the bullies around us that want to keep us silent. But yet, truth can resolve conflict and will lead to healthy relationships and can solve many problems at hand within our culture. Unresolved conflict within families and friendships destroys the relationships. And we can clearly see how it also affects the culture. There are absolutely times that we do have to be firm and loud when we are speaking truth to certain situations where the deception that is at hand is destroying people. Not speaking truth destroys relationships and will actually create more unnecessary conflict. So let us be people who learn how to speak the truth, and speak the truth that Jesus leads us to speak! Let us fight for  people and lead them to be who God has called them to be.

Depending on the year and source of data, daily VETERAN suicides average between 17 and 25 per day , putting the annual average in excess of 6,000 VETERAN suicides per year . For context, the ongoing War on Terror (2001–present) has resulted in approximately 7,000 deaths. We’re losing more VETERANS to themselves after they return home, and in numbers that exceed many American conflicts, both recent and historical. Experts will continue deliberating on causes and how to prevent it, but the fact remains: with the VETERAN suicide rate as high as it is, our country is failing and forgetting those who served us. "Make America Healthy Again" Dr. Ray Strang, author of Death by Prescription , stated, “We are living shorter and dying longer.” This is sadly true for almost everyone in the United States and the industrialized world. But this is only possible if you are kept ignorant or, when informed as to why this is occurring, you are too complacent or too comfortable with the status quo that you are not about to change anything. Ayn Rand, author of Atlas Shrugged , stated this: “It is a moral sin to participate in your own self-destruction.” I would like to add that one of the big reasons why we are living shorter and dying longer is something that you have control of and are capable of fixing. So I would state, “Every bite you eat or drink you take is moving you closer to illness or health. There is no neutral ground.” A friend and fellow doctor liked to say to his patients, “It’s your body, it’s your health, it’s your choice.” This article is about choices. Kennedy, in his recent speech announcing his withdrawal from this year’s presidential race, said the following extremely important things. Now, autism rates in kids are one in 36, according to CDC; nationally, nobody’s talking about this.” One in every 22 kids in California has autism, and this is a crisis that 77% of our kids are too disabled to serve in the United States military. This is only happening in America.” In my generation of 70-year-old men, the autism rates were about one in 10,000. In my kids’ generation, it's one in 34. I’ll repeat, in California, one in 22. Why are we letting this happen? Why are we allowing this to happen to our children? "About 18% of American teens now have fatty liver disease. That’s like one out of five. That disease, when I was a kid, only affected late-stage alcoholics who were elderly. Cancer rates are skyrocketing, and in the young and the old, it's up 79%." "One in four American women is on antidepressant medication. 40% of teens have a mental health diagnosis, and 15% of high schoolers are on Adderall, with half a million children on SSRIs (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors)." "So what’s causing this suffering? I’ll name two culprits. First, and the worst, is ultra-processed food. About 70% of American children’s diet is ultra-processed, meaning industrially manufactured in a factory. These foods consist primarily of processed sugar, ultra-processed grains, and seed oils." "Laboratory scientists who formulated many of these ultra-processed foods formerly worked for the cigarette industry, which purchased all the big food companies in the 1970s and 80s. By "The Lone Gunman" In our previous edition of Truth Be Told News, we reported on the dangerous effects likely caused by the Covid-19 vaccines, and the need for accountability against such transgressions. Statistical research from seasoned medical professionals like Dr. Robert Malone, experts like Karen Kingston, as well as other whistle-blowers have come forward in the years following 2019, all of them brave enough to defy establishment “wisdom” while simultaneously risking their lives in the process. Such individuals willing to put it all on the line in the pursuit of truth should be commended. What did “The-Powers-Who-Shouldn’t-Be” expect? When you inject enough of the population with gene-altering chemicals that shorten their lifespans and ruin their quality of life, you inevitably get a large number of angry, injured people who have nothing left to lose. Sometimes in life, you have to lose to win. Even beyond Covid, it appears the government – at all levels – is not interested in fulfilling the will of the people. It has become a self-serving fraternity, full of war-mongering pedophiles that crave money and power above all else. They could care less about the suffering and tragedy of innocent people. Which is one of many reasons why the so-called experts who touted the Covid vaccine as “safe and effective” will never admit to any wrongdoing. They are beyond any form of reconciliation. But even as calls for Nuremberg-style tribunals grow, so too does frustration among the American people. It begs the questions: Where is the accountability? When did justice turn into “just-us”? How long have we been under this system of “rules for thee and not for me?” Pascal Najadi has some answers worth considering. Buckle up before going down this rabbit hole. Mr. Najadi is a retired Swiss investor, filmmaker, and author who offers us his perspective on what’s actually going on behind the scenes. He spoke to Huffmag.com earlier this year about Operation Storm, and for those of us demanding accountability, it provides a silver lining of hope. In objective fairness, detractors and naysayers will cry foul to his claims. That it is yet another fanciful hoax the conspiracy theorists are hopelessly addicted to. But truth be told, NONE of us really know what’s going on. Sure, we all “feel” something happening around the world, but who’s to say that’s not the graphene in your bloodstream interacting with the 5G wireless networks? Aristotle famously wrote: “It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it”. So, for the sake of entertaining and the pursuit of truth, let the tin foil hats come off, and put your thinking caps on. What does Najadi have to say about the Crime of the Century? Via Huffmag.com :  Najadi begins with his own experiences in Swiss court, “As a victim of three Pfizer bioweapon mRNA shots... I took decisive action... I approached the Swiss police and filed criminal charges against a health minister whom I believed to be acting outside the bounds of the law... Regrettably, the responses from the courts [was] that force was not employed and that I should have educated myself about the potential dangers . It sounds eerily similar to the same lack of justice happening in the United States. He continues: “...In instances where the federal civil courts and their judges prove to be unreliable in upholding the constitution due to a series of failures, alternative measures must be taken to rectify such catastrophic circumstances in the best interest of [humanity], the sovereign, and the countless victims who have suffered injury or loss of life.” Again, this isn’t anything new if you’re paying attention. But what “alternative measures” does he suggest is coming? As it turns out, Operation Storm may be part of a larger military operation taking place across the globe: “A decision was made to dismantle the global deep state through a strategic alliance known as the War Generals Alliance, consisting of 33 nations’ militaries operating under the leadership of the US Space Force, commanded by CIC and wartime President Donald J. Trump. This operation was initiated following a well-coordinated Helsinki Summit in the summer of 2018, where President Trump and President Putin of the Russian Federation jointly agreed to proceed.” Is this one reason the media is so insistent on vilifying Trump and Putin as allies? Najadi elaborates: “...Fear not the machinations of rogue governments or any other adversarial forces... Their demise is imminent, and the year that shall witness their downfall is 2024. All fake democracies, traitor politicians, fake political parties and systems will be replaced by US military rule and justice. All perpetrators and traitors are trapped now and as President Trump said: ‘I caught them all.’ Well, I can confirm his astute statement as 100 % truth.” It echoes many of the main themes of the “Q” operation that started posting on the deep web shortly before 2018. With only a handful of weeks still left in the year, it remains to be seen if Najadi’s claims for a 2024 deep-state reckoning will prove true, or if we’ll even hear about it. It’s not unreasonable to find such claims dubious, especially amid today’s media ecosystem of endless fact-checking, fake news, conspiracy theories, and censorship. So, we continue watching; verifying what we do know in the meantime. All while establishment hacks and traitors face down the growing reality of a rapidly awakening populace. It can be tempting to demand vengeance in the form of justice when faced with such crimes against humanity. But let’s not forget that calling for such actions also invites accountability into our own lives as well. None of us are truly innocent. We all fall short. We all fall short. The humility needed in recognizing that fact could very well be the main thing that sets us apart from the globalist puppets who still refuse to accept the reality that our current world order is changing for the better. If you Fear Man, that is OPPRESSIVE and DEPRESSIVE... If you fear THE GOVERNMENT... that ends in bondage and control... If you fear God, He promises peace, wisdom, favor, blessing, and... The fear of man is being worried about how you perform; what others think about you; and how you look to others by what you own. Government we are supposed to submit to, according to Romans 13:3, is one that is NOT a "terror unto good works." Currently, our government is calling what is good, bad... and what is bad, good. Terror upon righteousness is rampant. So when does civil disobedience need to happen? Fear of God doesn't mean we are supposed to be afraid of Him. On the contrary. To have a healthy, reverential "fear" of God is to do as He says because you know that He has your best interests in His heart. And then, He can bless you. A bad father reinforces bad behavior. How many times have each of us seen a parent give their child what they wanted, after   they threw themselves down on the floor in public? A good Father doesn't reinforce bad behavior by blessing His children when they keep practicing things that will hurt themselves and which are against His will. Do you know the real story? On the afternoon of October 21, 2024, just as this paper was going to print, the Montana AG office was forced to scrap a project that seemed designed to water down our gun laws. The office dismissed the case of missionary Jesse Boyd. The condensed version of the story is that in November of 2022, Boyd and his family were walking on a road in Cameron, Montana. This walk was part of a much larger endeavor: to walk 8,000+ miles across America with a large wooden cross to share a simple message; we have a spiritual problem here in America. That cold and snowy day, a man named Brad Terrell objected to the cross and proceeded to threaten and then violently attack Jesse. When the Madison County police arrived, instead of arresting Terrell, they arrested Jesse and his family, charging them with assault with a deadly weapon. Between the threatening and the attacking, Jesse had pulled his gun to protect himself and his family and then prematurely put it away. For two grueling years, Montana AG Austin Knudsen and Acting Assistant AG Thorin Geist have been trying to pick apart Montana Code 45-3-100, better known as the stand-your-ground law, by saying that Jesse didn't have the right to point the gun at Terrell. Fortunately, Judge Luke Berger of the 5th District Court issued a statement saying that the law is clear and he will not be part of any effort to rewrite this law from the bench. In an effort to not waste further resources on a trial, Judge Berger had given the AG office until Tuesday, October 22, 2024, to dismiss the case. And that, fortunately for Jesse and all Montanans, is what happened. Much more of this story needs to be told and to that effect, this will be done. But for now, Jesse Boyd, his family, and his new Montana friends have committed to preserve our Constitutional rights; breathing a collective sigh of relief that the malicious prosecution track of this story is over.
