Republican Tim Sheehy leads Sen. Jon Tester Democrat in one of the most critical races of the national Senate 2024 election, according to new AARP polling. Whichever party wins this race is likely to control the Senate in 2025.  With West Virginia all but certain to flip to Republican, Democrats must win the eight other seats to keep the Senate at a 50-50 margin, & have VP  Tim Walz as tie-breaker. Polling is tight in Pennsylvania and Ohio, but Montana appears to be the most perilous for Democrats. New polling by AARP shows Sheehy up 49% to Tester's 41% when the full ballot with third- party candidates is included and 51% to 45% in a head-to-head race. The GOP, which has been hit hard by Vice President Kamala Harris moving to the top of the Democratic ticket, but Montanans remember Tester urging Joe Biden to seek reelection. Protecting the Tester seat is the Democratic Party's top priority in the Senate. Democrats have poured $128 million into Montana Senate race advertising and ad reservations so far this cycle, compared to $109 million from Republicans, according to published data. Democrats for years have had a substantial fundraising advantage over Republicans. Tester is unique. A Democrat who has won in a deeply-red state three elections in a row. The race is right around the margin of error — the kind of tight race Tester has won before. Yet, this is the first race for Tester with President Donald J. Trump will be on the same ballot. Trump won Montana by 16 percentage points in 2020 and 21 points in 2016.

Why is this profound, and how does it apply to the United States in 2024?   First, our nation’s heroes come from unlikely places and will not be celebrities, influencers, or politicians. Instead, they are our neighbors who decide it is time to hold a local school board accountable or run for a commission seat. They might choose to work through political parties and make them reflect the people's will and not that of a cabal known by any name. They are, and will always be, parents who raise their children to know God and to know America’s real history - the good, the bad, and the ugly.   Second, as much as the nation is focused on Trump and what a second Presidency could mean with him in the White House, someone will come out of the crowd who will be a national hero not seeking name recognition and preferring obscurity to celebrity. They will risk and lose much. Few will know what they put on the line. But the nation will be better off for their sacrifice. Trump has sacrificed and risked a lot but cannot and will not be alone. Third, real solutions to national reform and the restoration of liberty are not in Washington, D.C.; they are in Sheboygan, Nashville, Helena, and other cities and towns across America. They are found where men and women pray for our nation while also taking meaningful action to rebuild its foundation. A Presidency lasts only four years, but millions of Americans serving where they live can create reform that will last for decades or longer. Many of us hold the opinion that Washington, D.C. is at best on life support, at worst dead, and we must focus our efforts closer to home. It does not mean we give up and stop fighting to eradicate the evil infesting D.C.; only that most of our time should be spent in our communities. All you need to do is “set out to save the” Shire” and let God guide your” steps, for this is your sacred duty, to obey God and let Him handle the results. Just look within our borders of the United States we’ve witnessed an assassination attempt on hopeful President Trump and we’ve witnessed the current President; Joe Biden, withdraw from the Presidential Campaign and there are even questions if he’s actually living; we’ve witnessed half the world stop functioning because of no internet connection. All in just within the last 2 weeks. Just those three topics are worthy subjects for this article on their own merit.   However, when you look across the landscape of this once great nation it’s not hard to see what has brought her to her knees. We use to be and were formed as, “One Nation Under God.” Unfortunately, during the last 60+ years we as a whole forgot about God and thought we could do a better job without Him. Well the verdict is in, We Can’t! I know, there have been individuals that have fought the good fight, but in large we sat back and let the destruction take place. There are a number of reasons, and I could point my finger at organization after organization to include the church and even at myself but looking in the rear view mirror and playing the blame game isn’t going to fix our problems. We as a whole, or at least a majority of the whole, need to hit our knees and repent of our sins, and ask for forgiveness for allowing such atrocities to happen. For example, we allowed such things as: abortion, no prayer in school, the feminist movement, the lgbtq+ movement, the transgender movement, the transhumanism movement, the destruction of morals and family values to just name a few. As we repent, and seek forgiveness, we also need to put Jesus back in His proper place as King of kings and Lord of lords and the one true leader of this great nation. I’m going to share how this article came to fruition. I was asked to watch a Jack Hibbs YouTube video and then write an article with that in mind. As I watched the video once and then twice I took copious notes and I was confident that I could write a hard hitting article from what Jack Hibbs spoke about. As I started writing I might as well just thrown the Bible at you and said read this, meditate on this, establish a prayer life, talk to Jesus like he’s your brother, foster a relationship with Him, learn His voice, etc, etc, etc, and I decided that probably wasn’t the best way to reach people if I really wanted them to listen, learn and evaluate their own life. Henceforth, I prayed and asked for direction. The answer I received was: “Go climb a mountain”. Ok, a few years ago, that would have been a piece of cake for me. But today, 5 years after a hemorrhagic stroke it’s far from easy. As I thought about the direction I was being led, it dawned on me that my favorite movie as a child was, “The Ten Commandments” where Moses led the Israelites out of Egypt and towards the promised land and in doing so Moses climbed Mount Sinai where God talked to him and gave him the Ten Commandments. So before you think I’m crazy, there is at least precedence. As I left the house I was determined to take FS Trail 392 from Bass Creek Overlook where it begins and climbs about 300 feet to the west in about 3/4 of a mile to its end point. Now I realize these are not impressive numbers until you realize that at one point I was paralyzed right of center and I couldn’t walk for over 6 months and I’m still in recovery. As I started the journey to climb this mountain, I briefed my wife where I was going and what I’d be doing because this was the first time since the stroke I went hiking by myself and I was going to an area that I’d never been in before. It was all on faith. As I slid out of my jeep I could see the trail, and it didn’t look too intimidating even though I could only see about 50 feet of it. I really had no idea what lay before me but I was determined to climb this mountain. As I continued to go up the trail, I realized that for me hiking this trail was synonymous with life. Think about it, I could have played the victim and not even considered climbing a mountain and nobody would have been the wiser, in fact they would probably have agreed that climbing a mountain in my physical condition and by myself was not a good idea. If I listened to man, I would have been scott free. No trial, no tribulation, no challenge, no realization. But man didn’t tell me to go climb a mountain, God did. So I was determined to climb the mountain. As I climbed I encountered obstacle after obstacle and I had every excuse to quit. I even had to climb over a downed tree but I knew I was not alone. I knew Jesus was right there every step of the way. Even when I left my Jeep, I decided I didn’t need my walking stick but the Holy Spirit told me to take it because I would need it along the way. You know what? He was right! I’m glad I listened to Him and grabbed it. Isn’t that just like life? There is always an excuse to quit, because our adversary Satan, doesn’t want to see us prevail or prosper. He’ll attack in any number of ways to try to make us quit, to quit running the race, to quit fighting the good fight, to quit spreading the gospel, to quit standing firm and therefore compromise, and on and on. Why? Because he knows we are dangerous and that if we really knew who we are in Jesus that we are truly unstoppable.  The only way for a Christian to lose is to quit, to lose faith and trust in Jesus, or rely on their own power. But with Jesus all is possible, that’s what makes us dangerous and simply there is absolutely no valid reason to quit. We have been given power to step on snakes and scorpions and by no means will evil harm us. Why would we quit? Jesus will never leave us nor forsake us and there is absolutely no reason to fear. Why would we quit? However, just as Jesus told his disciples, do not be deceived. And because we know Satan is prowling around like a Lion looking to devour us so we must always be on the lookout. As we walk this path, it’s prudent to self analyze along the way, and prune off the undesirable things before they take over. Much like I analyzed the hike along the way via GPS so I knew how far I had gone and how far I still had to go. We must repent as a nation, our moral fabric is in shreds and it needs to be repaired. We must, wholly and individually turn fully to Jesus and rely on His strength and power. We must have unwavering faith as we continue down this path of what appears to be destruction. After all, we were made to be courageous, to act without fear. So onward we march to glorify God . We must let the light of Jesus shine through us and go before us in every situation so the lost may see the truth and have the opportunity to accept life over death. We are in the war of our lifetime and the stakes are eternal. The path to destruction is wide and appears easy but don’t be deceived, it leads to Hell. The path to life is narrow and few find it, that’s the path we need to shine the light of Jesus on so the lost can see it. If your warrior’s spirit is asleep, it’s time to wake it up! It’s time to stand firm in the truth and not waiver. Eternity in Hell versus Eternity in Heaven is at stake for way too many people for Christians to sit on the sidelines with no skin in the game or brandishing an apathetic attitude. Stand up! Be seen and be heard as we glorify God and expand the Kingdom of Heaven. It’s time! I’m calling all Spiritual Warriors to stand firm in the truth and to not compromise with evil. Amen!

Press Release 8/02/2024 August 2, 2024   Dear Secretary of State Jacobsen:   Lisa Bennett and David Nims, both Montana citizens, are submitting this complaint to Montana’s Secretary of State on behalf of United Sovereign Americans.   The most serious complaint is that the 2024 primary election was certified, despite the fact the turnout for many counties reported on your website (ballots counted) exceeds the number of voters who voted, per your very own voting history data. If the post-election audit discrepancy criterion of 0.5% is a reasonable criterion to apply to the ballots/voters difference, only 18 of our 56 counties would meet this criterion. In fact, the discrepancies in 7 counties exceed this criterion by 10x, that is, the number of ballots counted exceeds the number of voters who voted by more than 5%, the worst being 27%!   If it is determined that the number of voters whose vote was counted in the 2024 primary as found in the SOS voter history files is accurate, then any ballots counted which are over and above this number represents dilution of the legal votes. It is a settled legal principle that dilution of a qualified voter’s vote is a form of disenfranchisement, Ex parte Siebold, 100 U.S. 371 (1879), United States v. Saylor, 322U.S. 385 (1944), Reynolds v. Sims, 377 U.S. 533 (1964). Thus, immediate action and leadership by the SOS and her staff is required to investigate the causes of these discrepancies, to consider the impact these discrepancies may have had on the results of the 2024 primary election, to put rules and procedures in place to avoid these discrepancies in the future, and to provide relevant standards and criteria that must be met for election certification in the 2024 general election and future elections. As can be seen from the attached summary (which includes the issue discussed above), there are many other issues that indicate a serious disregard for statutory laws and standards on both the federal and state level, and could disguise actual election fraud in Montana during the 2022 general election and the 2024 primary election.   The sources of the issues must be identified and remedied. If you choose to dismiss this complaint, since the general election is rapidly approaching, we will be forced to consider further action. We have raised many of these issues repeatedly and have received little meaningful response. While we do not know who is responsible for these anomalies, we do know who has to date failed to review and to investigate these issues in a timely manner, which could well involve potential crimes, and who certified election results contrary to standards for error, accuracy, and compliance.   We hope that this dismissive attitude will not continue, and that the reported facts will be recognized, investigated, explained and/or otherwise dealt with. We offer our help in any way that could be of assistance.   Our concern, obviously, is that the resulting election certifications apparently were made despite objective, factual data raising concerns that the state had, and still has, massively compromised systems, and that the certifications may represent serious disregard of the voters’ civil and constitutional rights within the state.   We ask for a response of intentions from the Secretary of State within ten days. St. Louis, Missouri) United Sovereign Americans, a nonpartisan, all- volunteer organization dedicated to honest elections, has just released a report detailing millions of errors discovered in state voter databases in twenty states that account for 338 electoral votes. They have acquired multiple copies of actual state voter databases for 2022, and their peer- reviewed analyses have discovered 29 million apparently ineligible voter registrations, 10 million votes cast by those ineligible registrations, and 2 million more votes counted than voters who voted, leading to a 13% vote error rate, where the legally allowed error rate is 0.0008% (1/125,000).   Every entry in a state voter database is a potential vote, and this level of error means bad actors can inject votes into an election that appear to be completely valid.   “Our auditors found 29 million voter registrations that need to be removed, explained or adjudicated and repaired,” says Marly Hornik, CEO of United Sovereign Americans, “Is this malice, arrogance, or incompetence? Until these errors are fixed, every reported election result in the country is, tragically, unreliable.”   Harry Haury, Chairman of USA, an expert in elections and cybersecurity, was involved with the authoring of the Help America Vote Act (HAVA) of 2002. He says “This is not simply verifying accuracy. This is a wholesale abdication of duty. Are we looking at fraud? Congress and the courts thought so in the 1800’s, but now with opaque, unprovable systems we seem to have forgotten our lessons from over a century ago.”   The organization has filed two federal lawsuits, one in Maryland, which is on appeal, and another in Pennsylvania which cites 3,192,069 apparent errors in the registration records resulting in 1,089,750 uncertain votes, as well as a discrepancy of over 9,000 more votes tabulated than voters who voted. Nevertheless, Commonwealth officials certified the 2022 election.   The organization is preparing legal action in 18 more states and expects to be heard before the Supreme Court in time to impact the 2024 election.   Results: 20 state summary of apparently ineligible voter registrations: 1,972,555 incomplete registrations, 3,407,281 registered too late, 1,763,975 registrations appear to be invalid,   10,921,180 invalid registration dates, 3,062,531 invalid activity status, 1,647,447 invalid addresses, 3,246,431 duplicate registrations, 3,208,120 registrations appear to have been altered,   TOTALING: 29,229,520 errors for 20 states.

There is a definite decline in the will in the enforcement of civil order. Unlawful conduct is not free speech. There is a weakness in the prosecution of crime. There is an ambivalence in the weakness of the justice system; an uncertainty and inconclusiveness of fair-mindedness and impartiality toward all. We are watching the situation become worse. It speaks to a larger problem in society. You are unable to divorce a political party that is soft on crime and lawlessness from the movement that exploits it. That party should have taken out that trash because now the entire party stinks. Which political party acts like the parents, enforcing and adhering to the laws? To the Dems, enforcing the laws of our country seems intolerant—the oppressor versus the oppressed. Consider social order, immigration, science, crime, education, borders, etc. The standards and expectations have become eradicated. Identity politics rejects the thought of playing well with others. It is the dissolving of order and having a temper tantrum, and the political parties are taking advantage of the moment. What is reality? Let us not become useless idiots. Is it actually that difficult?

In 2020 a new mantra entered our vernacular: “Trust The Experts” . What were we to trust them about? The Covid-19 “vaccine” of course. You may remember that as the first and only “vaccine” to ever be deployed in America with a COMPLETELY BLANK required insert intended to inform the end user of information needed to allow for informed consent. It was on this level of information the espoused “experts” found their claims of “SAFE and EFFECTIVE” which soon became another mantra, designed to force the world’s population to make choices based on fear, rather than facts. These intentional tactics were repeated constantly by the mockingbird media around the world. Unfortunately, the populace, including most of the medical establishment, fell for it.                                                          Today, the credibility of the touted expert’s, along with those physician’s who parroted their message of fear, lay in ruin. The TRUE experts who were, at the time, silenced, disparaged, maligned, professionally impugned and punished, are the remnants of a once highly respected medical world.   Statistics show that in 2021 there was an “unexplained” Forty Percent (40%) increase in death claims for insurance in death claims for insurance companies in developed countries like the U.S. the U.K. Australia etc. This shocking statistic was reported on by the WSJ who listed nine possible causes for these sky-rocketing numbers. Those nine possible culprits excluded the Covid-19 vaccination . Now, professional athletes dropping dead while participating in their sport has become almost commonplace. This phenomenon is not limited to professional athletes. Young people, all over the world, are suffering the same fate, many passing away in their sleep. This is happening by the hundreds. If honestly reported, the numbers would most likely be in the thousands.   A few Doctors and related experts are doing all they can to awaken the masses from their CDC, WHO, et-al, contrived deception in an effort to save humanity. Some of those authorities are Dr. David Martin, Dr. Peter McCullough, Dr. Naomi Wolf, Karen Kingston, Edward Dowd and Dr. Robert Malone. One of the first to sound the alarm about the safety and effectiveness of the mRNA injections was Karen Kingston. Kingston is uniquely qualified to define the ingredients of the various versions of the mRNA injections due to her education and profession. As she describes it, her job was "to review the patents to keep Big Pharma out of court”. The first alarm, she issued in 2019, was regarding a document submitted by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) in 2016 requesting funding for what Kingston determined was outlawed gain-of-function research involving the common Covid virus. Kingston noted that this application cited “curatives” as Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine. Karen also was the first to confirm Graphene, a one-atom-thick Nanotechnology component, present in the "vaccines". She has recently proven that this same technology is present in today's dental anesthetics. She is an incredible researcher. So effective in fact, she was forced to go into hiding for multiple months lately for her own protection. Confirming we are not dealing with rational people. Dr. Wolf, an award-winning journalist, began her research into the intended “Digital I.D.”, known as the “Vaccine Passport” early in the “pandemic”. Her further research indicated the “safe and effective” injection likely has resulted in modifying the human genome of the recipients. Possibly effecting generations of humanity. This discovery exposes the significant of Moderna’s slogan; “The Software Of Life” featured on their website at the time of launching their injection. Wolf has brought to light many of the effects the injection on women and their offspring. Her findings are published in “The Pfizer Papers: Pfizer's Crimes Against Humanity”, touted as a COVID-era history book. Doctors Malone, Martin and McCullough have all contributed significantly to exposing the inherent risks associated with mRNA injections. These contributions include multiple hearings and testimony before Congress. They each continue their efforts today to break through the denial of truth and deception being foisted upon the world’s population. Most have their own Substack where they publish their suppressed factual information. Edward Dowd came into the Covid discussion from a unique direction. Edward has worked on Wall Street most of his career, spanning both credit markets and equity markets. Some of the firms he worked for include HSBC, Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette and Independence Investments. Most notably, he worked at BlackRock as a portfolio manager where he managed a $14 billion growth equity portfolio for ten years. After BlackRock, he founded OceanSquare Asset Management with two former BlackRock colleagues. Dowd is currently a Founding Partner of Phinance Technologies, a global macro alternative investment firm. He is also author of the new book, "Cause Unknown: The Epidemic of Sudden  Deaths  in  2021  &  2022."   (Release Date: Nov 8, 2022, Skyhorse Publishing). As a financial analyst, Dowd became aware of an unusual increase of claims against life insurance policies. Upon further investigation, Dowd began to recognize patterns emerging from the data. Patterns that pointed to an unnatural and strangely consistent trend. He began looking at age groups due to this being the first outlier from historic records. This led to investigating professions of the deceased.  With  each  piece  of anomalous data an image began to emerge, one that painted a shocking picture. The increased deaths correlated with the workforce that were the highest inoculated at the time of their death. Police, healthcare workers, critical government workers, military, etc. Since these discoveries, suspicions have been confirmed. The statistics of injury and death, correlated by age group, along with the requirement by various compliant companies mandating the injections and governments around the world, confirmed Dowd’s conclusions. Excess deaths and disabilities trended upward in ‘21, ‘22 and ‘23 with disabilities escalating in ‘21 correlate to the roll- out of the COVID-19 genetic vaccines.  The death statistics for the age group 15 to 64 in 2020 was 124,000, in 2021 it   increased to 215,000, a 74 percent increase in the U.S. alone! That is contrary to what Americans were told about the disease. We were told that the virus mostly killed older Americans with comorbidities, yet in 2021 the excess death age average shifted to nearly half of those being of working age. Total excess U.S. deaths as of the end of 2023 are 1.1 million, a total of 300,000 ages 15 to 64 and 800,000 above age 65. Not all deaths can be directly tied to the gene-editing injections, some are suicides, some will be overdoses and some will be auto and other accidents. These are known as cofactors, yet, disabilities are another story. There were no disability increases in 2020. Since 2020 the U.S. has gained about 3 million disabled workers. This increase correlates with the vaccine uptake in the U.S. during the same time frame. According to Dowd’s statistics, this trend is continuing. Insurance companies have raised rates on group life policies because the trend indicating the future is bleak. Excess mortality is continuing especially amongst the 25 to 44 year age groups. This is not limited to the United States. Many different countries show the same shocking trends. Studies from the UK, all of Europe, Australia, Ireland, Germany, (excluding Canada due to lagging data), the number of excess deaths correlate to the uptake of the gene-editing injections, establishing a pattern. Every health authority and every government should be screaming at the top of their lungs, “This is a global crisis! We should be looking into it!” But as in America, there is silence! Likely because those in authority already know the answer and do not want to confirm what, to many, is obvious. This begs the question: Are the governments, along with the NGOs involved in this “pandemic”, who participated in the development and promotion of this so-called Safe-and- Effective gene-editing injection, now complicit in covering up the devastating effects of their actions? The answer to this critical question being asked by the whole World, is already contained in the actions of these governments and organizations. Vaccination status records have been sequestered. Information that once was literally a requirement to participate in society in some countries, proof of vaccination, is now treated as if this information is a top- level national security threat. With this level of denial and cover-up by those that possess the authority to expose the TRUTH, mankind has little hope. The Truth would likely confirm the Crime Of The Century was conceived, preplanned and foisted upon the world population by authoritarians that embody a level of darkness that defines EVIL. The TRUE toll humanity will pay for this criminal act may not be fully known for generations. Our only hope may be to return to an era, a Century, of honesty that mandated accountability for criminals. A Century that expected, even REQUIRED, preeminent actions including military tribunals. The Nuremberg trials come to mind, yet, these current crimes far exceed even those prosecuted in Nuremberg. A new Century, a whole new level for THE CRIME OF THE CENTURY. New initiative launched to advance mRNA vaccine development against human avian influenza (H5N1)    The mRNA Technology Transfer Programme, jointly developed by WHO and the Medicines Patent Pool (MPP), was launched in July 2021 with the aim to build capacity in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) for the development and production of mRNA-based vaccines. A new project aiming to accelerate the development and accessibility of human avian influenza (H5N1) messenger RNA (mRNA) vaccine candidates for manufacturers in low- and middle-income countries has been launched today.   "When we created the mRNA Technology Transfer Programme with WHO, our goal was to enable low- and middle-income countries to lead development efforts, foster collaboration, share resources, and disseminate knowledge,” said Charles Gore, Executive Director of MPP. “This project embodies our vision and demonstrates a strong commitment to future pandemic preparedness and response."   "This initiative exemplifies why WHO established the mRNA Technology Transfer Programme – to foster greater research, development and production in low- and middle-income countries, so that when the next pandemic arrives, the world will be better prepared to mount a more effective and more equitable response," said Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, WHO Director-General.   The Argentinian manufacturer Sinergium Biotech will lead this effort leveraging the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Medicines Patent Pool (MPP) mRNA Technology Transfer Programme.   Sinergium Biotech, a partner in the mRNA Technology Transfer Programme, has developed candidate H5N1 vaccines and aims to establish proof-of-concept in preclinical models. Once the preclinical data package is concluded, the technology, materials, and expertise will be shared with other manufacturing partners, aiding the acceleration of the development of H5N1 vaccine candidates, and bolstering pandemic preparedness efforts.   This development supplements ongoing work under the Pandemic Influenza Preparedness Framework to improve and strengthen the sharing of influenza viruses with human pandemic potential and increasing LMIC access to vaccines.   “This announcement underscores the importance of not only geographically diversifying the innovation and production of health technologies including and recognizing the capacities in Latin American and the Caribbean, but also the importance of early planning for access and the sharing of knowledge and technologies during the research and development processes," said Dr Jarbas Barbosa, Director of the Pan American Health Organization.   Dr Alejandro Gil, Chief Executive Officer of Sinergium, said, "Sinergium’s enhanced capacity and readiness to apply our expertise to H5N1 will play a vital role in this effort towards global pandemic preparedness. I would also like to thank PAHO who have also been instrumental through the strong support it offers to regional manufacturers in the Americas. We are excited to tackle this public health challenge and our R&D team will continue to work closely with the Programme Partners."   Afrigen is the centre where the platform was created and is being validated and this technology is now being transferred to manufacturing partners to adapt and enhance it for other critical disease targets.   The progress made by the mRNA Technology Transfer Programme is a vital part of WHO and MPP’s efforts to improve the availability, access, and use of mRNA vaccines for better vaccine equity globally.

Source: America First Legal Reprinted with permission WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, America First Legal (AFL) sent a letter to the chief election official of all fifty States, with a copy to each Governor and Attorney General explaining how they can use two key existing federal laws to obtain information from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security about the citizenship or immigration status of any individual for “any purpose authorized by law.” Ensuring the integrity of voter rolls and investigating whether to remove potentially ineligible voters from voter rolls is undoubtedly a “purpose authorized by law,” and therefore, these laws can serve a vital function in providing States and localities with the information that they need to prevent aliens from voting. Given the unprecedented amount of illegal immigration that the United States has experienced since January 20, 2021–with millions upon millions of illegal aliens coming into the interior of the United States–and widespread concerns about the presence of aliens on voter rolls, the time is now for responsible election officials to do everything that they can under existing law to protect the integrity of upcoming elections. The Problem: The issue of noncitizens voting in federal elections can be complex–including what States are and are not allowed to do when voter applicants use the federal form: *   Federal law prohibits foreign nationals from voting or registering to vote in federal elections. *   Federal law also imposes upon States an obligation to conduct voter list maintenance. *   The U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) created a federal voter registration form that does not require applicants to demonstrate proof of citizenship. Instead, it merely requires voter registrants to sign a form “under penalty of perjury,” swearing or affirming that “I am a United States citizen.” *   The Supreme Court of the United States previously held that because the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) requires that States must “accept and use” the EAC form–which does not require documentary proof of citizenship–then “the NVRA forbids States to demand that an applicant submit additional information beyond that required by the Federal Form.” *   The result is that, under current law as interpreted by the Supreme Court, anyone can register to vote using the EAC Federal Form without providing documentary proof of citizenship. This outrageous state of affairs, which is completely contrary to common sense and the practices of other countries across the world, has led to numerous bills being introduced to correct the situation at the point of voter registration—such as the SAVE Act. Such bills are essential to protect the integrity of our elections. This plan provides something that States can do NOW until legislation like the SAVE Act becomes law. *   Further, aside from the weaknesses in the EAC Federal Form, there are gaps and loopholes in the voter registration process in States that do not (or did not in the past, particularly prior to the requirements of the REAL ID Act of 2005 related to driver’s licenses) require documented proof of citizenship. *   Even DHS’s Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) program, which many states use in various ways to determine eligibility for access to benefits for aliens in the United States, has critical flaws that make it unworkable for most States and localities to use to verify a voter registrant’s citizenship status. Most notably, SAVE requires users to submit an Alien Registration Number or some other DHS identifier to run queries through the system–something that States and localities do not have when registering someone to vote. *   Accordingly, under the status quo, States and localities have generally been unable to ensure that aliens are not registered to vote and that they ultimately do not vote in federal elections. The Solution: Two federal statutes that have been on the books for nearly three decades allow states to obtain information about the citizenship or immigration status of any individual for any lawful purpose. Specifically, 8 U.S.C. § 1373(c) provides that (the reference to the former Immigration and Naturalization Service, abolished twenty-three years ago, now means the Department of Homeland Security): Federal statute makes clear that States and localities can submit a request to DHS to obtain the citizenship or immigration status of any individual “for any purpose authorized by law.” And further, not only can they request the information, but DHS “shall respond” to such a request, and they cannot be prohibited or restricted from receiving that information. As explained above, federal law unambiguously requires that voters in federal elections be United States citizens and prohibits all foreign nationals, even those who are lawfully present in the United States, from registering to vote or voting. Federal law also imposes on States the duty of ensuring that ineligible voters are removed from voter rolls. Also, many States impose citizenship requirements under State law, and 8 U.S.C. § 1644 confers on States unrestricted authority to obtain information about the immigration status of aliens in the United States. Therefore, it is a “purpose authorized by law” under 8 U.S.C. § 1373(c) for a State to ask DHS about the citizenship status of presently registered voters. Accordingly, States and localities should submit requests to DHS to verify the citizenship or immigration status of registered voters on voter rolls where there are any reliable indicators that a voter may not be a U.S. citizen. While foreign nationals voting in American elections is a serious problem under any circumstances, under President Biden’s abysmal leadership, America is facing the greatest immigration crisis the world has ever witnessed. With legions of illegal aliens crossing the border every day and programs that fly hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens into cities across the United States, the likelihood and volume of noncitizen voting has never been higher. By Dr. Bruce Grandstaff Certified NRT practitioner According to the scientists who speak on behalf of Monsanto, a big producer of GMOs, they are safe and effective and are basically the same as non- GMO products. But independent scientists and medical doctors who have investigated GMOs and according to Monsanto’s own internal documents, they are anything but safe.   Early on, Dr. Gilles-Eric Seralini, a French molecular biologist who studies the health effects of GMOs discovered that feeding lab rats GMO corn produced tumors, only to be attacked and discredited. A report from The Pulse of Natural Health Newsletter in 2015 states that he recently won two court cases against those who had sought to ruin his reputation after he published a study that linked GMO corn to cancer in rats. A French court had found that fraud and defamation were employed to discredit his study.   Since then, numerous scientific studies have confirmed that there are many health problems associated with consuming GMOs and the associated Roundup herbicide that is sprayed on GMO crops that are engineered to be “Roundup Ready”. The “active ingredient” is which causes cancer in lab animals and was found to be a human carcinogen in California. Regulators evaluate the safety of a pesticide or herbicide mainly by looking at the “active ingredient” – such as glyphosate – while commercial versions of pesticides contain other adjuvants that may be kept confidential by industry.   The EPA requires that only the active ingredients be studied for medium and long term toxicity. Companies are not required to list inert ingredients on most pesticide labels. However, Professor Giles-Eric Seralini has now found that other, supposedly “inert” ingredients associated with Roundup are even more dangerous than its primary toxin glyphosate. The work of Prof. Seralini and his colleagues shows just how dangerous these pesticide adjuvants can be. The team found that eight out of the nine pesticides tested were up to 1,000 times more toxic to human cells than just the “active ingredient” glyphosate. The authors of the study conclude that the distinction by regulators at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) between active ingredients and “declared inert” compounds is “a regulatory assumption with no toxicological basis.”   This represents a massive failure on the part of the EPA to hold industry accountable to even basic standards of safety. The fact that so little is known about the safety of inert ingredients for human health is a scandal. What are the health problems associated with the consumption of GMOs?   Roundup is a hormone disruptor. In 1982 there were 42 fertility clinics in the United States. After the introduction of GMOs in the 1990s, as of 2015 there were 440!   Glyphosate is an antibiotic. It kills good bacteria in the gut that maintain tight junctions of the gut lining leading to “leaky gut”, and produce vitamins and “feel good” neurotransmitters (90% of serotonin) that prevent depression and anxiety.   David Perlmutter M.D. author of Grain Brain and Brain Maker says “Alzheimers, Parkinson’s, Autism, Multiple Sclerosis are all inflammatory conditions of the brain and it’s the bacteria in the gut that regulates inflammation and these are the bacteria that are damaged when they are exposed to glyphosate.”   This causes an overgrowth of “bad” bacteria that can lead to gastrointestinal disorders, obesity, heart disease, and many other serious health issues. (Medicine now embraces the notion that the gut bacteria plays a pivotal role in determining whether you are fat or lean!) The Institute for Responsible Technology surveyed more than 3,200 people who reported health improvement after switching to non- GMO products. By far the # 1 symptom improvement was digestive problems. The assassination attempt on President Donald J. Trump brought a collective gasp to our nation. It is easy to understand, this was a shocking event that nearly changed the course of our nation’s future.   As shocking as the attempt on our President’s life was, it is diminishing when compared to the level of incompetence displayed by those charged with protecting him. The gaps and unanswered glaring questions that surfaced just in the following few hours were astonishing. Let's just suffice it to say resigning a position in the Federal government should NOT be considered a concluding act when lives are put at risk, or worse, lost.   Accountability should be equally applied regardless of position or former position. In fact, some of our nation’s worst criminals have proclaimed “No one is above the law!” Oh, if only that were true. The implications to our nation of the failures and sure as the earth turns, the cover-up, are staggering.   There are just too many unexplained “anomalies” in the story that is being told to the American people. Facts that we’re not being told. Here are just a few of those:   Why did the New York Times reporter show up to a Trump rally with a 1/8000 exposure camera? You know the one that captured the above amazing shot of the bullet zipping by President Trump. This device is usually reserved for crash test dummies, oh, and shots fired into ballistic gel.   Since when did the lame-stream media become interested enough in the 80% of Americans who want to know what President Trump has to say to provide live coverage FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER of a Trump rally?   And then there's the nationally   reported  public viewing parties of the Trump rally in Butler, PA attended by democrats around the country...Odd.   What’s more, the last two oddities were broadcast before the rally even started by the MSM.   Is   that   ANOTHER "anomaly"?   Gratefully, the UNTHINKABLE did not happen “By The Grace Of God Almighty” .
