Life and Death — Montana CI-128 the “Right to Abortion Initiative” Truth is the standard by which we all were created to live by; yet the real truth is a much-debated topic. Why? Because TRUTH in the culture of our Nation has become more of an arena of opinion, sounding like, “Well that’s your truth, it’s not mine!” Although that may sound unbiased, non-racist, and accepting, opinions operate in the bounds of a color called grey, because real truth is pure light. Why? Because truth is truth! Real truth can’t be based on opinion. What’s right is right, even when no one is doing it and what’s wrong is wrong, even when everybody is doing it! (That’s why only eight people got on the ark.) Truth has nothing to do with opinions or even feelings; if you don’t feel like it’s true… it doesn't change the fact that it is true. Unfortunately, much of the sum of our lives is decided by the culture we live in. Therefore, be very zealous about what culture you want. Because the truth is, you will have a culture no matter what. Culture is decided on what your truth is… and choosing the Absolute TRUTH is most important! Proverbs 14:34... Righteousness exalts a nation, But sin is a reproach to any people. To say this proverb isn’t true is to lie to yourself. Why? It would mean you think that our America is still great and that it is NOT a reproach unto itself and to the other Nations of the World! (BTW... “Reproach” is defined as shame, disgrace, and something which brings rebuke on a person or a people.) Cultural impact is a huge force on how we live decade by decade. Take, for instance, what is now happening on much of the continent of Africa (taken from Wikipedia 2024): “Lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) rights in Africa are generally poor in comparison to the Americas, Western Europe, and Oceania. As of June 2024, homosexuality is outlawed in 30 out of the 54 African states recognized by the United Nations or African Union. ” Why is that the case? Because the truth is being made clear in those 30 states. And the truth is that a sexual lifestyle outside of the intended one God created a man and woman to be in, via marriage, leads to all kinds of unprofitable results. The reader should go to the link shown here, because some of the unprofitable results being alluded to shouldn’t be spoken of openly in this article. I will use the last line of the report though, “From the standpoints of individual health, public health, and social order, participating in homosexual activity could be viewed as dangerous to society and incompatible with full health.” (The National Library of Medicine, June 1989 - https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/2762461/ ) So, in a Nation where same-sex marriages have been legalized and the reported factual outcomes of that lifestyle are unprofitable for “individual health, public health, and social order, ” then what can be the results of legalized abortion? Here’s what just one report shows: “future childbearing and pregnancy outcomes (e.g., secondary infertility; ectopic pregnancy; spontaneous abortion and stillbirth; complications of pregnancy; and preterm birth, small for gestational age, and low birth weight); risk of breast cancer; mental health disorders; and premature death. " (National Library of Medicine; web address... https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK507237/ ) Doesn’t that list remind you of all those pharmaceutical commercials we see on TV? And we just laugh at the multitude of listed “side effects,” while continuing to take the prescribed poisons. If you don’t know the TRUTH, where can pure truth be found? It’s in the Bible; that’s God’s word. It’s not my opinion. It’s just the truth. And anyone who lives by His truth [truly does live by it] then they will be a witness to the Truth as a person of fact, or an “eyewitness.” If you don’t believe that, it’s ok, but to argue with me about God’s TRUTH is unprofitable for you, because what you as the reader must do, is to take up your cause with the Author of TRUTH… God Almighty, the Creator of all things. Argue your case with God… it’s up to Him to defend His truth. Whether the reader believes it or not, there is a source for TRUTH , because truth is truth and it has to start somewhere. The truth is that gravity can hurt you if you jump off a cliff; yet no one can see gravity or feel it. We know that outer space has no oxygen and earth does; yet have you ever seen oxygen? Truth, therefore, comes from the source which made those things we cannot define, see or even feel. And because we have no idea how things were actually created, we each must come to faith in the actual, absolute TRUTH. (Do you know which came first, “the seed or the apple tree?” Let alone ALL the other kinds of trees on this planet!) The same is true about life. Where does it come from? All life? The life of a person, a puppy or kitty? Where does the breath of that life initiate and Who made that breath of life? The reason people have become so jaded to life is that when we as a culture don’t believe in the Creator, we fall into a culturally driven opinion like, “Get rid of spare dogs and spare cats; and get rid of spare kids before they’re born. ” So, where does it stop? Get rid of spare parents, grandparents, unproductive people, the handicapped? Where does it stop? Just as you don’t understand what the life-breath does in the fetus inside a pregnant woman’s womb, so you can’t understand the work of God, who makes everything happen. — Ecclesiastes 11:5 CEB Did you know that nowhere in MT CI-128, the “Right to Abortion Initiative,” is the terminology used “baby or unborn.” That’s a way of perpetuating the lie and keeping it cold and matter of fact. But it does use the phrase “fetal viability.” So what is a fetus? Do your own internet search. The engines I used, had the first 9 sites answering in ways that it said nothing about a fetus being a “baby.” But common sense says that the fetus in the womb of a woman is a baby. No one EVER walks up to a woman with a big belly, knowing she’s pregnant, and asks, “ OOOHH… Are you gonna have a donkey? ” So back to this… “Truth is still truth even when no one feels like it is and no one is living by it.” A lie is still a lie, even when the majority is doing it! Living a lie instead of the TRUTH, well is that called abortion? To abort something is, “ To terminate (an undertaking or procedure) before implementation or completion. " ( Dictionary.com ) Sadly, when you look to the internet for a definition of the word abort, 9 of the first 10 sites loaded in the search all talk about aborting fetuses (babies). In fact, those sites don’t reference us as humans but rather mammals. Again, so much of our lives are determined by culture. Can NASA even use the word “abort” anymore if a mission is failing? The Body of Christ is to be held accountable for this crisis in our nation. We have NOT taught the real TRUTH but rather acquiesced to culture by allowing it to be a personal choice. This is just a culturally correct way of saying, “I’m using my own self-righteousness to do what I want.” Thinking that we each have the “right to give life or to end it” is horrific. In an actual court of law, taking life is called murder. And if you think you have a right to your own life and that it’s yours to live however you want, then give God’s breath of life back to Him! Yes, you read that correctly. Since you don’t own the breath in your own lungs, give it back to the One who made it! When you die, can you take up your own life again and rise from the dead? Well, if you can’t do that, then what makes you think you own your own life to start with? Now for those who become pregnant, how then is it right for you to take the breath of life out of the unborn; that which is conceived in you that you couldn’t create? By legitimizing your choice, you are actually saying that your breath of life is more important than the one who is growing in you. But if you can’t give yourself the breath of life to start with, then why do you believe you have the RIGHT to take the breath of life from that which you had no power to create? (What if you had been the one who was aborted? Why don't people think of that?) And this is the core of the issue at hand: “When does life begin?” Science has proven that a microscopic flash of light, or zinc spark, occurs when a human egg is fertilized. (CBC, Science Alert, US News & World Report) The breath of life, and the soul, which ONLY God the Creator can give, begins in the moment of conception. God knew you, even before you were knit and put together in your mother’s womb. (Psalm 139:13-17; Jeremiah 1:5) Back to the first thought about society. Those who are driving our culture have taken license to put their own opinions, via propaganda, into the very soul of America. Montana CI-128 is telling you that it’s a woman’s right; it’s her body and she has a right, along with her doctor, to choose to abort (to murder her child). Vote No! Why? Because the absolute truth is, “Abortion is wrong.” Truth is truth, even if nobody wants to submit to it. You know it’s wrong in your heart. However, our hearts get seared with the red-hot iron of the lies of our culture. When we refuse to choose the One who is TRUTH, our Creator, life is then being lived from the perspective of a lie. People will fight out of their own self-righteousness, to keep doing what’s wrong, but “What’s wrong is wrong, even when everybody is doing it!” What this comes down to is that people want to believe in their own truth and call it right. Why? Because rebellion against God rules the earth right now... “I want to do what I want to do!” When I was younger and not living for my Creator, the God of the known Universe and the Savior of the world, I did whatever I wanted. It included drinking without limits, carousing, gossiping, lying about many things, and even hurting others to get what I wanted, but the most damaging thing was having sex outside of marriage. Seemed ok at the time because everyone was doing it , but actually it was all about self-gratification in the moment… which is rooted in the truth that I didn’t really care about the consequences. (Those impacting others and unto myself.) That’s what the Montana CI-128 Initiative is all about. The TRUTH is that some Montanans want to legalize their own choice, which only reveals that they truly don’t care about anybody else but themselves, which is the epitome of self-centeredness; because they are willing to kill for it. God still calls it murder, even if you think it's your right. “Thou shall not commit murder.” -- Exodus 20:13 Fools multiply when wise men are silent. Following a culture of decision based on emotions and the fervent cry of,  “it’s my right” is a sure-fire way of opening the door to initiatives that have no Godly understanding and wisdom in them. Yes, human beings need regulations, but there is only one blessed way for “We the People” to be safely regulated into goodness and mercy; seeking first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness! God is watching us Montana… Nothing is concealed that He doesn’t see!  Vote NO on CI-128  and represent His Righteousness and His TRUTH! Which is absolute.

Kingdom vs. Religion... Many people wonder why Jesus came to earth. These people don’t yet know Him. Many others think they know exactly why He came; these would be the religious people who go to a building they call a “church.” The majority of those who build a building and label it “church,” do it to marry the living, bury the dead, and preach to the head; even sprinkle kids and baptize adults in water. But their main focus is trying to get people saved to go to heaven—that’s religion. The Christ (which means Anointed King) came to give His people authority and power to bring heaven to earth, destroy the works of the Devil, and reign on earth (as it is in heaven) by Him, through Him, and for Him. That’s a Kingdom! Want to know why Jesus came to earth? The answer is NOT found in man’s opinion. It is found in Jesus’ own words: "When it was day, He departed and went into a remote place. And searching for Him, the people came to Him and tried to prevent Him from leaving them. But He said to them, ‘I must preach the kingdom of God to other cities also, for this is why I was sent.’” (Luke 4:42-43) Now that we know why Jesus came, do you want to know what He preached? We know He never preached about himself (John 12:49). He never preached the gospel of the Christ, the gospel of the blood, the gospel of being born again or baptism, no not even the gospel of the resurrection—religion does that. Jesus didn’t even preach about being the door into heaven (John 14:6). Please hear me out: He did speak about those things mentioned above, but He NEVER made them the focus and reason for His coming! He spent 3.5 years in close quarters with 11 men and 1 traitor, teaching them about ONE thing: the Kingdom! "Fear not, little flock, for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom." (Luke 12:32) The Kingdom of God was His focus and the ONLY message He preached. Jesus went throughout all Galilee teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all kinds of sickness and all sorts of diseases among the people. His fame spread throughout all Syria. People brought to Him all who were sick, those who were tormented with pain, possessed by demons, suffering seizures, and those who were paralyzed, and He healed them. (Matthew 4:23-24) For many millennia, religion has made His coming about ALL KINDS of things. Even the religion of His own people missed His coming, why He came, and what He accomplished in just three words: "It is finished." Here’s the simplicity of it all: Jesus came to give us back what Adam and Eve lost—dominion on earth! That's why Jesus preached the “gospel of the Kingdom.” Let’s call it “Jesus math.” And His math always has a solution! The equation looks like this: Jesus came to preach the Kingdom and back it up with the power of a King by providing proof of His Kingdom (Matthew 4:23-25). He needed a body to get some blood, in order to shed it and cleanse our vessels. He died so that He could, in spiritual form, go to hell, take the keys of dominion back from Satan, be raised from the dead to prove His message was and is TRUE, and make a way for the Governor of the Kingdom of God to live in all who would believe (Holy Spirit), and give back the keys to the Kingdom to ALL those who were redeemed = the “Gospel of the Kingdom.” — That’s THE GOOD NEWS! Finally, if you want proof of all of this being true, then take a look at Christianity (the religion) and look at what it has done over the centuries. Religion makes members, Kingdom makes citizens. Religion puts people in bondage with rules and regulations, Kingdom sets people free. Religion makes denominations, and the fruit of that is "di-vision." Kingdom makes “Common-unity” with singular vision, and Kingdom community has ONLY been seen in the book of Acts. Religion has NEVER produced Kingdom community! Just go read about the rich young ruler in the Bible. Religion says, “I’ve done everything right for God,” but the religious aren’t willing to give up everything to gain the Kingdom of God. (Matthew 13: “The Kingdom of Heaven is like...”) The gospel of the Kingdom is the one thing Jesus preached. He taught about ALL that is in it. And when you do that, people will find the door! "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." Jesus is the DOOR into the Kingdom. What good news have you been sharing? Did you know that when the gospel of the Kingdom is preached, it opens the door for Jesus’ coming? "Because iniquity will abound, the love of many will grow cold. But he who endures to the end shall be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached throughout the world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come." (Matthew 24:12-14) God will confirm NO OTHER MESSAGE... ONLY the gospel of the Kingdom will bring the signs and wonders you may have been seeking. Those miraculous signs of life: healing, casting out demons, and raising the dead, only come by ONE message… His Gospel of the Kingdom! Wherever the Lord has planted you, people will hear and be convicted of the truth found in the Gospel of the Kingdom, and people will also see confirming truths of His Kingdom Gospel! With that ONE message, some will actually become disciples of Christ. At that point, the TRUE Ekklesia (the Church) will rise, and God alone will create the manifestation of the fruit found in the Acts church! Be encouraged, Beloved! Just keep the right focus. Because with the right alignment, you can become your assignment! Think of how Moses saw himself, yet God did mighty works through him. But Jesus looked at them and said, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” (Matthew 19:26) Religion focuses on getting people into heaven… Kingdom focuses on bringing Heaven HERE! (Matthew 6:10) Religion focuses on man-made rules and regulations… The King and His Kingdom give you purpose and vision. Religion keeps people in bondage and chasing after things… His Kingdom has everything in it; seek His Kingdom and righteousness first, and things you need will be given to you. (Matthew 6:33) The Kingdom is the catalyst to affect the whole world, not just one church or denomination! (Matthew 16:18)

Hopefully all of western Montana by now is aware of the Montana Department of Transportation’s (MDT’s) plan to install a roundabout on Highway 93 between Stevensville and Victor at the junction of Bell’s Crossing. For those who may be unfamiliar with that location, it is where Ravalli Electric Co-op recently built their new facility, and where a new gravel pit business has set up shop on the west side of Hwy 93. Also at this location, but on the east side of 93, is an electrical substation that has been functioning for decades. The Bell Crossing intersection, 5.4 miles south of the stop light at the Stevensville cutoff and 1.8 miles north of the stop light at Victor, is currently “controlled” by a flashing yellow light. This intersection has been the scene of multiple accidents over the years. The frequency and severity of these incidents has increased significantly since the expansion of Highway 93 into a five-lane thoroughfare with a seventy-mile-per-hour speed limit. Naturally, weather conditions, especially fog, which frequently settles around this section of highway, compound the risks presented by the described intersection configuration. A visit to the MDT “corridor planning” website reveals an absence of this proposed project. The Hwy 93 projects which do appear here are Missoula to Florence, Whitefish, Ninepipe corridor feasibility study, Polson corridor study and the Polson- Sommers corridor study. That’s correct, there is NOTHING regarding a “study” regarding plans to put Montana’s first- ever four-lane roundabout to be placed in the middle of a seventy mile per hour, five-lane highway. A highway that is the ONLY north-south corridor for EVERY resident of the Bitterroot Valley and the main commerce artery for skiers headed for Lost Trail, products coming from Missoula, and products destined for Salmon or Challis areas in Idaho. It would seem logical that such a major project would merit a “corridor study” program. Instead, as confirmed by the MDT website, the DECISION has already been rendered as recorded in a study released in 2022. Meaning the “public involvement events” are what is referred to as a dog-and-pony-show. Citizens who have participated in these types of government sponsored meetings in the past have learned that, in spite of overwhelming objections to the “proposed” government project, the government’s proposal was going forward. Citizens raise their concerns and confusion over the government ignoring the public input gathered at the public meeting, which was the advertised purpose of the meeting they are told, “Your name is on the list of participants in the public meetings. You have participated in the public process.” In other words; You walked through the door we opened for you, your concerns have been noted and dismissed. Move along! From the MDT website: “In 2024, the project team will select a design build team, and then work to finalize right-of-way agreements and the two-lane roundabout design. An open house will be held later this year to share additional details with the public and gather feedback. Updates about the open house will be provided once it has been scheduled.”  “Construction is anticipated to begin in spring or summer of 2025, weather and other factors permitting. Updates about impacts to traffic will be provided as construction approaches. MDT will provide educational material on two-lane roundabouts before construction starts, to ensure that drivers are prepared for this traffic configuration.” Note the phrase: “An open house will be held later this year to share additional details” Further research uncovers a study by the MDT entitled “Traffic Signal Warrant Study US 93 & Bell Crossing – Victor MT, dated July 20. 2022. This study identifies Highway 93 as “a north-south principal arterial (non- interstate)”, and concludes: “Based on our observations and analysis we recommend installing a roundabout at this intersection currently.” The data contained within this study indicates that the study of the Highway 93 roundabout was ongoing for at least a full year before the concluding report was produced. Information on the MDT website seems to confirm what many residents of the Bitterroot are saying after attending the MDT hosted meetings on the 93 roundabout; “The decision was made BEFORE the MDT opened the “public participation” process.” This study included accident history at the 93, Bells Crossing intersection for the five-year period beginning June 15th, 2015 and concluding June 15th, 2020. During this time period a total of six accidents occurred at this location. Of those six, three were classified as Personal Injury (PI) or Suspected Serious Injury (SSI). All three of the PI or SSI accidents, according to this study, resulted from failure to yield right-of-way to “a north-bound vehicle already in the intersection.” The remaining three accidents all resulted in Property Damage Only (PDO). Two of these remaining three were said to have resulted from Blowing Sand and Dirt, or Fog and Smoke. In other words; poor visibility. A roundabout “may” solve the issues causing the PI and SSI accidents, yet it also may exacerbate the accidents caused by poor visibility. Most of us remember the accident just a few years ago that occurred at this intersection in heavy fog to which the Victor volunteer fire department responded. Due to the heavy fog, another motorist slammed into the responder’s vehicle while the emergency lights were flashing. Only the quick reflexes of the First Responders saved further injuries and possibly lives. It is the opinion of many people who drive this portion of highway going both north and south on a daily basis, in all weather conditions, that a roundabout will certainly add to the danger of traversing this intersection. Ravalli County residents brought a number of concerns to my attention while researching this article that seem valid. Among those are; “What about the Semi-trucks hauling pup- trailers?” “How are the REC trucks, hauling up to sixty-foot poles behind a standard service truck, going to navigate a roundabout without putting other drivers at risk? “What about the electrical substation located at this intersection?” “How are the many oversized loads going to navigate a roundabout?” These represent just a few of the concerns citizens of Ravalli County have about a roundabout being installed on what is now a five- lane highway. The concern of weather conditions compounds these concerns and provides a common thread through each one. When citizens raised these concerns at the public hearings, they said they were left with the impression that they, along with their concerns, were simply dismissed.  The concern about the substation was shared by those who conducted the project study. They offer a possible solution in their concluded study; “Construction is likely to be more complicated at the current intersection’s location due to the proximity of the electrical substation located immediately in the northeast quadrant of the intersection. This roundabout would have to be shifted from its currently location to the southwest quadrant in order to avoid impacting the substation. However, unlike traffic signal control the eastbound/westbound legs do not have to be offset in order to line up with the roundabout. Installation of a roundabout would include a splitter island on the east leg approach, this splitter island would have to be opened to allow access to the electrical substation unless the approach could be relocated.” (Typos included in original text) Did you catch that? “This roundabout would have to be shifted from its current location to the southwest quadrant in order to avoid impacting the substation.” (Typo corrected) The report goes on to state: “However, unlike traffic signal control the eastbound/westbound legs do not have to be offset in order to line up with the roundabout. Installation of a roundabout would include a splitter island on the east leg approach, this splitter island would have to be opened to allow access to the electrical substation unless the approach could be relocated.” One who is familiar with this intersection would ask; Why do these engineers believe that the east and west bound approaches need to be relocated to accommodate a traffic light? The eastbound approach may need to be modified slightly to line-up exactly with the westbound, yet it would require much less effort than “shifting” the entire roundabout “to the southwest”. Shifting the roundabout in that direction seems to mandate the modification of both the eastbound and westbound approaches and possibly the entire highway to accommodate this “shift”. This “shift” may also impact the bike path that runs parallel to Highway 93? That issue is not addressed in the rendered study. The overbearing flavor of this “study” by the MDT is the intent to JUSTIFY a roundabout in the Bitterroot. The study does so by disparaging traffic light control. Traffic lights, with warning lights, are typical for the entire stretch of Highway 93 from Flathead County to the Idaho border. Lights are efficient, virtually risk-free to all vehicles traversing the area regardless of length, and possibly above all other considerations, lights are what is EXPECTED by the drivers. Roundabouts are foreign to most drivers in Montana, and a source of frustration to those who encounter them in the few locations where they were “justified” and installed. States who were convinced to justify the expense of installing roundabouts, are now reaching the conclusion that these "solutions to traffic flow" have failed to deliver on the promises upon which they were sold. It’s time for the MDT to gain from the experience of others. Making oneself available to lessons learned at others expense equates to wisdom. Experience may well be the best teacher, the caveat is, as long as it’s someone else’s experience! The alternative is the most expensive teacher you will ever pay. Most of those bills will leave scars. Be wise Montana. Stick to what you know and the proven track record of WHAT WORKS! When the government acts in defiance of the owner’s (the citizens) wishes it very rarely ends well for either party. A petition denouncing the MTD’s plan to install a roundabout at Bell’s Crossing is circulating throughout the valley. If you ask around you will likely find someone who knows where to find it.

By Darin Gaub of www.montanasentinel.press Reprinted with permission During Montana's recent primary elections the Butte-Silver Bow County elections office certified their county results as normal. However, alert citizens noticed a discrepancy between the number of ballots reported in the official results, and what the precincts reported. In fact, most precincts had exactly 33 votes added to their total. Including at least one precinct where half that number voted at all. In total there were 1,131 extra votes across the county and that was more than 10% of the total of 10,946 votes cast. Enough of a difference to change the outcome of the County Attorney's race and one Precinct Committeeman race. All of this happened after the election results were already certified. After the massive error was reported to the Secretary of State and to Butte-Silver Bow County, an investigation revealed that that portable memory sticks used to transfer votes from the polling locations to the county were not properly cleared after running a required test. Human and machine error in one county exposed once again the weaknesses in Montana's election systems. If this kind of error was replicated across all 56 Montana counties that would mean 63,336 votes were erroneous, or plain fraudulent. That could change a number of results up and down ballot. For example, in 2018's U.S. Senate race, Jon Tester beat Matt Rosendale by approximately 18,000 votes. People should now wonder if that is a true statement. On Sept 3, 2023 Butte-Silver Bow County's elections clerk appeared before a Select Committee on Elections to provide testimony concerning what happened, and answer questions. In attendance were over forty citizens from multiple locations in Montana who drove hours to reach Helena and to provide their comments and observations to the committee. All citizens present in person or online through Zoom, were in favor of a complete forensic audit including the memory sticks and Cast Vote Records (CVRs). The election clerk was joined by other "experts" to persuade the committee that there was really nothing to see here and that everything was fine now. Comments from these "experts" routinely included phrases like: *  "nobody's perfect, we caught it in the end, no big deal" [but not before certifying the results] *  "we were tired" *  "I believe" *  "An error was made" What was never stated by these "experts" was that they were "certain," or "positive" of their results and that the people should be confident of any reported results going forward into the 2024 general election, much less the already completed and certified primary election results from June. If citizen activists from across Montana had not watched the data the results would be established history and without challenge. The will of the people would have been thwarted by a human error and a memory stick. Montana cannot afford mistakes and omissions that can change election outcomes, and loading memory sticks with votes is one of the ways this happens, not only in the United States, but overseas as well. Despite numerous and repeated requests the State of Montana and all counties refuse to provide Cast Vote Records. Officials say they do not have them and could not share them anyway out of concern that voters' personal information could be released. Cast Vote Records (CVRs) do not expose any personal information, rather they provide a critical record for citizens' to access to validate the election results. One citizen challenged the committee to go to their county elections office and ask for the CVR pertaining to their individual vote. He then informed the committee that the elections clerks would probably tell them they cannot produce a CVR against an individual name because there is no way to identify them. Clerks would also probably state that they do not maintain a CVR despite the fact that the elections systems are designed to do so and they are required to do so by state law. The committee ended as a waste of taxpayer time and money and those elected to office voted to ignore the clear will of the people and chose to act like there was nothing to see here. Only Senator Theresa Manzella fought for the people, and voted for the complete forensic analysis. Montanans must demand more of their elected representatives (if they were truly elected) and remind them that they work for the people of this great state, not for anybody or anything else. At a time when confidence in election results is at an all time low across the nation, Montana should lead the way back to trustworthy election results, not keep saying; "Nothing to see here."

In Butte-Silver Bow County, after the recent primary was certified, someone noticed that the number of ballots in the official results was more than the precincts had reported. A recount followed, and it found that many precincts had too many votes, most of them (but not all) 32 votes. All in all, it found that 1,131 extra votes existed across the county - more than 10% of the total 10,946 votes actually cast. And, most importantly, a race got flipped. Read that again. After certification. So some dedicated researchers (Raccoon Army FTW) found that in the end the extra votes existed on the memory sticks that transfer votes from the polling places to the county. What happened is that the county election clerks FORGOT TO CLEAR THE USB STICKS AFTER RUNNING A TEST. Read that again. The head election clerk appeared before a special hearing of the Montana State Senate Special Committee on Elections, and with the most "I'm from the government and I'm here to help you smile" I have ever seen testified to what happened, and I summarize what she said as "nobody's perfect, we caught it in the end, no big deal". After hearing from numerous people (including me on Zoom), the committee decided everything was fine, nothing needed to be done. This was a portion of what I said to them: "... I speak here today to support those who call for a complete forensic analysis of the recent primary election being discussed. This should include a forensic analysis of the USB sticks as well as the cast vote record from the county. While the errors testified to today may indeed be errors, a full analysis is required to determine exactly what broke in the election process. I heard a great many “could be” and “we think”s in the testimony, and as we are in a time when most Americans no longer trust their elections, you owe it to them to examine this failure as deeply as Boeing has been examining the failures in their Starliner. These were experienced clerks using the same election management system as they had for many elections, so an analysis of past elections is also necessary to see what other process errors may have occurred and potentially resulted in the wrong person taking an office. This is not a search for who to blame, it is a search for the truth so that future elections do not suffer from these types of process errors." Pre-loaded votes on usb sticks is one of the oldest election fraud tricks in the book. Smartmatic used that trick in Venezuela to get Chavez elected. I am not saying there was anything intentional here, and I don't think there was, but had someone snuck a bunch of extra votes onto the sticks, this county WOULD NOT have caught it until after certification. That scares the Dickens out of me. I wrote my first report on Montana in June, 2022, and it pointed out a ton of issues with one of our reddest states. To my knowledge, nothing was ever acted upon then. (Although they did change registration systems in 2023, going from horrible to horrible (but different). And still charge the public thousands of dollars to have the privilege of seeing it. Montana refuses to provide Cast Vote Records, as they say they don't have them and if they did have them they would cause flaming hailstones from the sky if they made them public. (I may be paraphrasing a bit there). So what is the end result? A bunch of RINOs elected to office whose policies are barely distinguishable from Democrats on many issues. All this despite one of the most energized and hard-working groups of patriots in the country, United Soverign Americans. It is said that everyone is useful, if only as a bad example. Montana fits perfectly into that. Do better, Montana. Remember, now a pill. Later, a suppository. Misinformation Corrected Anyone who's fighting for open, fair, honest an d legal elections will tell you, the greatest resistance comes from the GOP here & nationwide! Recently, Don "K" Kaltschmidt, chairman of the MTGOP, on a local talk radio program, MANUFACTURED MISINFORMATION when he made the unfounded claim that the discovery of the "extra" 1131 votes in Butte Silver Bow County was made by the Secretary of State. He went on to say Montanans should be grateful to have a "republican" as SOS, or we may have never known of the over-votes. NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH! By Don Evans Mark Twain said; “ The two most important days in your life are the day you were born and the day you find out why.” After we are born into this world, most of our life is spent seeking an answer to one seemingly everlasting question, “Why was I created.” This incredibly important question is indelibly forged into the DNA code of each individual person on planet earth; hidden within those strands of code is a divinely created purpose waiting to be discovered. As you live through life’s challenges, its trials, and deal with the sufferings encountered throughout the days and years gone by, there will come a point where you will start seeking answers to important questions. The one main truth within the journey along the road to your purpose is that it must have revelation along the way within a few narrowly defined avenues. The first, regardless of your personal belief system, is the avenue of identity. “Whose you are determines who you are.” This truth operates in two arenas: 1) The world and its influence of ownership over your psychology and daily acts; or 2) As a child of God through Christ Jesus and His ownership of your soul for the glory of His Name and Kingdom. Our personal identity controls three areas of our soul... Acceptance, Security, and Significance. If your identity is generated from an equation reality which the world’s culture teaches, “How I perform + What people think of me + What I own + My physical body shape = My SIGNIFICANCE…” Then fear of being accepted, fear of losing your security, and fear of not being significant in life is going to flood in at some point due to an identity birthed on the world’s thoughts of sinking sand. The opposite is true as well. A Kingdom equation is, “Jesus + Me = My Significance, Security and Acceptance.” (Resulting in no fear in your life at all.) The next avenue on your preordained roadway of life has several alleys which must be encountered: all before finding your created purpose. Those alleys can come in different order, but come, they must. The recruitment stage: This is when we encounter a great crisis, and it’s usually more than one within close proximity of one another. Let me explain by personal experience. In one year, I had what I call, “The 4 D’s and a B.” Diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, went through a terrible Divorce, and then was Demoted from a six-figure position… followed by filing for Bankruptcy. It was God’s way of revealing my true identity in Him and opening my eyes to the call He had on my life. The Character development Stage: This is when the adversity and loss in those years following your crisis, challenges you to grow personally in the gifts and talents you’ve been given so you can know how to use them for other people’s benefit and not yours alone. What follows this stage is a restoration period. Restoration of what you lost is directly related to how you respond or react to each revealed area of weakness in your personal character. The Cross Stage: Though it sounds religious in nature, no other word really holds the depth or description found in this process. On the way to finding your true identity and your created purpose is the need to experience betrayal. This can come in the form of family, friends, workmates or even bosses who betray you in such a way that it seems to draw blood and cut to the core of your heart. If the reader feels like they may have experienced any of those things mentioned above, then be encouraged! You’re on the road to greatness. Why? Because no one can truly find out who they are and what they were created for without going through those processes which reveal and secure the truths of our identity and purpose. One last thing. Purpose realized gives birth to vision. Many a person has realized their created purpose, but the great majority of those people have created their own vision as to how they will live out their purpose. This is a huge mistake. WHY? Because when we live out our own vision and not God’s vision for our lives, it will most assuredly carry with it: stress, worry, fear, hate, bitterness, etc. Case in point… Moses knew he was created to be the “Deliverer” of his own people. But remember, “purpose realized gives birth to vision.” Except his realized purpose created a vision in his mind, as the “Deliverer,” which caused his first act to be murder, followed by his people’s betrayal and then he chose to run from Pharaoh in fear for his life. (Genesis 2:11-20) But after Moses encountered God through his burning bush experience, then God’s chosen identity for Moses (his name means drawn out) brought Moses into his created purpose. God then revealed to Moses the vision God had for him… “deliver my people and bring them into their inheritance.” We would all do well to remember: “No matter where you seek to find meaning and purpose... the truth is that without purpose, life has no meaning at all.” Various thoughts and words were taken from the book by Os Hillman, “The Joseph Calling.”

According to The Truth About Cancer, Monsanto had agreed to be sold to Bayer for $56.5 billion, a deal worth a total of $66 billion when Monsanto’s debt is taken into account. The combined company would be the world’s largest seller of both seeds and agrichemicals. They go on – “Monsanto, arguably the most loathed GMO company on the face of the earth, has been the subject of heated discussions for decades, especially in recent days as their top-selling product (RoundUp) contains glyphosate, which has been linked to cancer, autism, and respiratory sickness.” “Monsanto has lobbied widely and even filed lawsuits to prohibit labeling of GMO products and bury the World Health Organization’s report listing glyphosate as a probable carcinogen. If Monsanto joins forces with Bayer (one of the most hated Big Pharma companies in the world), the resulting “marriage made in hell” would be a drug-seed-pesticide company that controls almost 1/3 of the world's seed market and almost ¼ of the pesticide market. Many would argue that this would equate to a monopoly.” “But this would not be the first time Monsanto and Bayer have teamed up. During the Vietnam War, both firms were involved in the development of Agent Orange. And both firms are currently involved in the GMO market today. I was watching the Fox News Channel a couple days ago and the “expert” being interviewed said that this was necessary in order to feed the world and that GMO foods are the only solution.” “Apparently said “expert” is unfamiliar with the recent research, specifically the IAASTD Report which is the most comprehensive report on the future of food and agriculture (sponsored by the World Bank and the UN, written by over 400 scientists and endorsed by 59 countries).” “In this report, they did not endorse GMOs as a solution to world hunger. In addition, genetic engineering has not significantly increased U.S. crop yields, according to the USDA and controlled comparative studies. As a matter of fact, many GMOs have lower yields than non-GMO crops.” In an August 2024 E-mail from the Institute for Responsible Technology titled “Bad News for GMO Makers” they report that GMO corn is failing, non GMO soy footprint outshines GMOs, and nontoxic alternatives to RoundUp are on the rise. There’s an effort to ban high fructose Corn syrup, which is made from GMO corn. GM Bt corn is failing in the US and yields are no better than non-GM corn, according to a report in the US’s mainstream agricultural press written by North Carolina State University professor and extension specialist, Dominic Reisig. Given the problem of pest resistance, the lack of a yield advantage, and the higher price, there appears to be no reason at all to plant GM Bt corn and every reason to favor non-GM corn  They cite another study that found sustainable non-GMO soybean meal avert deforestation and has significantly reduced carbon footprint. This study was a talking point of the International Non-GMO Summit. I downloaded and read a 123 page report from 2012 called “GMO Myths and Truths” - an evidence-based examination of the claims made for the safety and efficacy of genetically modified crops authored by Michael Antoniou PhD, Claire Robinson PhD, and John Fagen PhD from EarthOpenSource, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to assuring the sustainability. security, and safety of the global food system. In it they debunk the many myths about safety and efficacy the GMO companies used to get approval for their products. The Truth About Cancer gives us A brief history of Bayer: *Founded in Barmen, Germany in 1863 by Friedrich Bayer and his partner Johann Friedrich Weskott. *During World War I, Bayer turned its attention to the manufacture of chemical weapons including chlorine gas. *In 1925, Bayer, BASF and Hoechst merged to form the massive German conglomerate Interessengengemeinschaft Farben (IG Farben) which was the biggest donor to Hitler’s election campaign. *IG Farben built the concentration camps at Auschwitz to supply slave labor for the nearby IG Farben plant (also known as IG Auschwitz). Hitler eventually used these same camps in his megalomaniacal attempt to exterminate the Jewish race. *In 1941, Otto Armbrust, the IG Farben board member responsible for IG Farben’s Auschwitz project, told his colleagues, “Our new friendship with the SS is a blessing. We have determined all measures integrating the concentration camps to benefit our company.” *A subsidiary of IG Farben manufactured and supplied Zyklon B to the SS. This poisonous cyanide-based pesticide, on which IG Farben held the patent, was used during the Holocaust to annihilate more than 1,000,000 people in the concentration/extermination camps. *IG Farben also supplied the SS with the Methanol used to burn the corpses. In 1946, the Nuremberg War Crimes Tribunal concluded that without IG Farben the Second World War would simply not have been possible. *At Nuremberg, Fritz ter Meer (an executive of IG Farben was convicted of slavery, mass murder, and crimes against humanity. After serving 5 years in prison, he became Chairman of the Board at Bayer in 1956, a position which he held for almost a decade. In 1962, just fifteen years after they were convicted in the Nuremberg War Crimes Tribunal, Bayer, BASF and Hoechst were again the architects of the next major human rights offense when they established the Codex Alimentarius Commission. *In the mid 1980s, Bayer was one of the companies which sold a product called Factor VIII concentrate to treat hemophilia. Factor VIII turned out to be infected with HIV. After learning that the product was contaminated, in order to save money, Bayer continued selling this infected product to Asia, and Latin America even though a safe product was available. Dr. Sidney M Wolfe, who investigated the scandal, commented, “These are the most incriminating internal pharmaceutical industry documents I have ever seen.” In the 1990s, the federal government launched an investigation on Bayer’s unethical billing practices on the Medicaid program and the Department of Justice found Bayer guilty of fraud. Bayer had to pay $14million to settle charges of causing inflated Medicaid claims. *Bayer is sued by the mother of a daughter who collapsed and died from a birth control pill. Yas (approved by FDA in 2006) and Yasmin ((2001) were revolutionary birth control pills that use a synthetic hormone called drospirenone (DSP). Yaz or Yasmin have led to hundreds of deaths in young and healthy women. *The drug Trasylol was banned in 2006 after it contributed to thousands of deaths in patients every single month for over a decade. After a 2006 study showed widespread deaths associated with Trasylol it took FDA and Bayer almost two years to take the drug off of the market. Later it was revealed that Bayer had buried the evidence of Trasylol’s severe side effects. *In 2008, the German Coalition against Bayer brought a charge against the Bayer Board of Management, with the public prosecutor in Freiburg accusing Bayer of contributing to the mass death of bees all over the world through its aggressive pesticide marketing. Since then, the bee debacle has only grown worse, with thousands of hives collapsing after poisoning by the pesticide clothianidin, producing a worldwide crisis. Monsanto’s Poisonous Past *Monsanto was founded in 1901 in St. Louis, Missouri, by John Francis Queeny, a 30 year veteran of the pharmaceutical industry. Its first product was the artificial sweetener Saccharin, which Monsanto sold to the Coca Cola Company. *In the 1920s, Monsanto Chemical Company was founded and incorporated the town of Monsanto, later renamed Sauget, Illinois. For years the Monsanto plant in Sauget was the nations largest producer of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), which were banned in the 1970s. PCBs are potent carcinogens and have been implicated in reproductive development and immune system disorders. According to thousands of pages of released Monsanto documents (many of them emblazoned with warnings such as “confidential; read and destroy”) they knew about the PCB dangers from early on, but decided to conceal what they knew. One Monsanto memo explains their justification: We can’t afford to lose one dollar of business”. *During World War II, Monsanto played a significant role in the Manhattan project to advance the atom bomb. *In 1944 Monsanto began manufacturing DDT, which was banned in 1972. *Following World War II, Monsanto championed the use of chemical pesticides in agriculture, and began manufacturing the herbicide 2,4,5-T which contains dioxin. During the Vietnam War, the US military initiated an herbicidal warfare program using Agent Orange (a mixture of 2,4,5-T and 2,4-D and had very high concentrations of dioxin) as a defoliant. Monsanto and Dow chemical were the two largest producers of Agent Orange, which has been linked to cancer and birth defects. According to the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 4,8 million Vietnamese people were exposed to Agent Orange, resulting in 400,000 deaths and disabilities, plus 500,000 children born with birth defects, leading to calls for Monsanto to be prosecuted for war crimes. Internal Monsanto memos show that Monsanto knew of the problems of dioxin contamination of Agent Orange when it sold it to the US government for use in Vietnam.  *In 1973 Monsanto developed and patented the glyphosate molecule and began manufacturing RoundUp. In 2015, the World Health Organization declared glyphosate to be a probable carcinogen. Despite this fact, RoundUp is still marketed as “safe.” *In 1982, Monsanto genetically modified a plant cell for the first time. *In the mid – 1980s Monsanto purchased G.D. Searl, the chemical company that held the patent to aspartame, the active ingredient in NutraSweet. Monsanto was apparently untroubled by aspartame’s clouded past, including a 1980 FDA Board of Inquiry, comprised of three independent scientists, which confirmed that it “might induce brain tumors.” The aspartame business became a separate Monsanto subsidiary, the NutraSweet Company. (Dr. Russel Blaylock, a noted neurosurgeon, calls aspartame a neurotoxin.) Aspartame is the common denominator for over 92 different health symptoms at the root of modern disease. *In the late- 1980s and early – 1990s, Monsanto spent almost $500,000 to defeat Proposition 65 (California’s anti-toxics initiative which prohibited the discharge of chemicals known to cause cancer or birth defects into drinking water supplies) and Proposition 128 (California’s pesticide regulation initiative that would have phased out Monsanto’s product alachlor, which is linked to cancer). During the same time period, Monsanto also conducted the first field tests of genetically engineered (GMO) crops. *In 1991 Monsanto was fined $1.2 million for trying to conceal discharge of contaminated wastewater into the Mystic River in Connecticut. *In the mid – 1990s Monsanto developed their controversial cattle drug, recombinant bovine growth hormone (rBGH or rBST), which is produced through a genetically engineered E. coli bacteria. *During the same time period, Monsanto was ranked 5th among U.S. corporations in EPA’s Toxic Release Inventory, having discharged 37 million pounds of toxic chemicals into the air, land, water and underground. Monsanto was ordered to pay $41.1 million to a waste management company in Texas due to concerns over hazardous waste dumping. *In 1996, Monsanto introduced “Roundup Ready Soybeans” and “BT Cotton” then in 1998 “Roundup Ready Corn” was introduced. *By 2007, Monsanto’s GMO seeds accounted for over 90% of the world’s supply. *In 2010, former Monsanto lobbyist Michael R. Taylor was appointed as Deputy Commissioner of Food Safety at the FDA (the fox is guarding the hen house). *Since 2012, Monsasnto has spent more than $25 million to fight state ballot initiatives to label GMOs and millions more to lobby Congress against mandatory GMO labeling. Thanks to this website ( http://bestmeal.info  for much of the above information.   This “hidden” history of Bayer and Monsanto indicates that both of these companies have consistently been involved with malevolent endeavors that wreaked havoc on humanity and caused sickness, pain, and death on a massive scale. This Bayer-Monsanto merger certainly threatens the world food supply with domination by GMOs and destructive, carcinogenic agrochemicals. In June 2017, an international Tribunal consisting of five internationally acclaimed judges heard the testimonies of 30 witnesses and experts on five continents and found Monsanto guilty of crimes against humanity, violations of human rights, and ecocide.. They found that the company’s seed empire adversely affects the world’s access to food. They further state that by producing and distributing PCBs (polychlorinated biphenyls), glyphosate and similar substances, Monsanto has infringed on the public’s right to high standards of health. Additionally, the tribunal found that Monsanto perverts scientific freedom. The company practices forms of intimidation, pressures governments, and discredits legitimate scientific research supporting public health and environment protection. As the tribunal explains, Monsanto has been profiting from their creation of destructive and harmful compounds since the early 1900’s. These toxic products - PCBs, Agent Orange, Lasso, RoundUp, and others – have catastrophically damaged the environment and made an uncountable number oof people sick. Beyond spreading poisonous chemicals around the globe, Monsanto advocates and promotes damaging, unsustainable farming practices.   Isn’t it time we stop supporting evil companies and allowing them to destroy our health? America is experiencing multiple “Firsts” during this Presidential Election Cycle. These firsts are coming at the populous at an alarming rate. At a time when the presumptive presidential nominee for the democrat party, Joe Biden, was rumored to be in danger of being replaced, a first, there was an attempted assassination on the presumptive republican presidential nominee in the most public setting imaginable, another first. Within days of those firsts, the presumptive democrat party nominee was indeed “replaced”, another first, through never-before-seen maneuvers behind the scenes by a national party, followed by the “transfer” of the funds raised by the campaign of the first candidate to the new candidate, yet another first. This latest first required the throwing out of the rule book that controlled all previous presidential campaigns. To most of the public that is actually paying attention, it seems the Clowerd and Piven rule of “Overwhelm the System” is being applied to the entire political system, which of course is actually, We The People. Do you feel overwhelmed when you attempt to catch upon the significant news items of just the past few days, let alone weeks? The true question for We The People is; Is this tactic working? Are YOU feeling overwhelmed? Are YOU prepared to throw-in the towel and give up? Or are you buckling down to resist those who wish to dismantle our Republic? Back to the question posed in the title of this article: Is Kamala right for America? The answer to this question can not be found in the rhetoric. It must be assessed in the TRUTH, and that TRUTH lies in the actions of the individual. To call upon an old adage, “Let your actions speak so loudly that I can not hear what you say”, or as my Native American friends put it: “I’m watching your feet”. Kamala Harris is no newcomer to the political world. She has a significant record available to those who choose to look. So let’s look. Leaving out the torrid details of how Kamala rose so quickly through the ranks to achieve significant status amongst the California elite, we will address the record Kamala amassed beginning with her position as California’s A.G. In 2008, As Attorney General of California (AG-CA) Kamala oversaw the framing, trial and conviction of one Jamal Trulove for murder. Trulove recalls Kamala laughing from the back of the courtroom upon his conviction. He was then sentenced to prison for 50 years and served six years before his conviction was overturned in 2014. Trulove was just one of thousands of inmates AG Kamala fought to keep imprisoned as a source of cheap labor. Most of these inmates, like Trulove, were black. In 2013, Kamala encouraged, then U.S. V.P, Biden, to look to California for direction on how to confiscate citizen’s guns. In 2015 AG Kamala sent a letter to the U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch demanding they investigate the Center for Medical Progress for revealing Planned Parenthood selling body parts of aborted babies. When this letter produced no fruit, Kamala opened her own taxpayer funded investigation of Center for Medical Progress for revealing the truth about Planned Parenthood’s illegal activities. In 2017, then U.S. Senator Kamala, proclaimed “I believe healthcare is a right, not a privilege.” Indicating a commitment to Socialist style government-controlled healthcare. In 2017, during the democrat contrived scandal that has become known as “Russiagate” U.S. Senator Kamala, accused President Trump of putting “Russia first, America second.” In 2018, Kamala refused to enforce vagrancy laws and curb the programs that lure and allow bums and heroin addicts to shoot up in public. In 2019, Kamala joined other democrats in voting to quash President Trump’s effort for emergency funding for the wall at the southern border. In 2019, Kamala fomented race- baiting by calling the Jussie Smollett lynching hoax a “modern-day lynching.” In 2019, Kamala was among democrats who voted to kill legislation that would have penalized doctors who fail to “exercise the proper degree of care in the case of a child who survives an abortion or attempted abortion.” In 2019, as a candidate for the democrat presidential nominee, Kamala, along with all other democrat candidates for president, refused to attend the pro-Israel AIPAC Conference. In 2019, Kamala voted to impeach President Trump based on the now discredited Muller report. In the spring of 2020, Kamala helped organize and administer a “bail-out” fund for those arrested during the riots that destroyed private businesses and cost many innocent lives. In 2020, just two days before election day, candidate Kamala endorsed Communism declaring: “Equitable treatment means we all end up in the same place. Equality and equity are not the same thing,”  After becoming Vice-President Kamala amassed the following record; March 2021, while hosting the Prime Minister of Ireland, Kamala portrayed the United States as “A Violent and Racist Country.” Again in March of 2021, Kamala was “put in charge” of the Southern Border Crisis as Border Czar by Biden, and cackled when asked when she intended to visit the border. Within the same week Kamala’s spokesperson announced “The V.P. will not be handling the border.” April 2021, Kamala’s first act as Border Czar was to ensure her book: “Superheroes Everywhere” was inserted into the “Welcome Packs” being given to illegals taking advantage of Biden’s open invitation. May 2021, Kamala, as “Border Czar” walked out of the first meeting with Mexican President Obrador. Also December 2021, Kamala Insists Ballot Harvesting, Midnight Drop Boxes, Locking Out Election Observers, and No Voter ID Laws Is About “Keeping Our Standing in the World” April 2022, Kamala’s deputy chief of staff Michael Fuchs quit, leaving the Biden administration, and becoming the eleventh staffer to jump ship, soon followed by Tina Flournoy, Chief of Staff for Kamala resigning, becoming the thirteenth key staffer to abandon Kamala’s team. May 2022, Kamala immediately calls for Gun Control after the shooting in Uvalde, Texas. June 2022, Kamala activates leftist “Shock Troops” in anticipation of SCOTUS ruling expected to overturn the landmark Roe v. Wade. June 2022, Kamala was tapped to lead the new program, which is officially dubbed “the White House Task Force to Address Online Harassment and Abuse.” In yet another move to trample the First Amendment and silence dissent by the Biden regime.  July 2022, Kamala, unwittingly exposed her true priorities when, while visiting with Philadelphia legislators dealing with record homicide rates, she chose to turn the meeting into a campaign speech on Abortion Rights  September 2022, Kamala claims laws banning ballot drop boxes are “un- Democratic” and “un-American.”  May 2023, VP Kamala, who had the lowest approval rating of any VP, was given the title of ‘AI Czar’ and charged with leading the initiative designed to protect humanity against artificial intelligence. July 2023, Kamala, while addressing needed actions to combat climate change said “When we invest in clean energy and electric vehicles and reduce population, more of our children can breathe clean air and drink clean water,” September 2023, Kamala, once again, espoused her commitment to Communist principles when she suggested that it is the job of government to ensure equal outcomes. Principles diametrically opposed to American values. February 2024, Kamala announces the Biden Regime will now allow students to get paid through federal work study to register people to vote. March 2024, Kamala was called out by a grieving father of a slain son for using his tragedy to push the Biden administration’s gun controlagenda. March 2024, Kamala had the audacity to threaten Israel with “consequences” if it proceeds with the retaliatory invasion of the Palestinian city of Rafah. Since Kamala’s installment as VP she has issued more tie-breaking votes than any other VP in U.S. history.   As of this writing, democrat nominee Kamala has not offered a single policy agenda. Yet, upon listening to her boasts, she has offered up a few promises if elected. Those are: To attack the Second Amendment through installing Gun Control and Gun Confiscation. To ban fracking across America. Ensuring dependence on foreign suppliers for our oil needs. Wait! No. Now Kamala claims to be in support of fracking! To continue the gender mutilation and sterilization of our youth.   To continue the destruction of female opportunities offered through women's sports. To “fix” the border, in spite of being crowned Border Czar over three years ago.   To continue support of the increasingly Marxist regime in Ukraine with your tax dollars.   To support the membership of Ukraine in NATO violating international treaties and antagonizing nuclear power Russia.   To further erode American prowess by forcing the Green New Deal upon America’s military.   To install Marxist style Price Controls.   To support the WEF's communist plan to gain control of your property.   To continue and expand the disastrous “Bidenomics” America is suffering today. To expand the Fascist mechanism of “Public-Private Partnerships” allowing government, through private business, to implement policies government is Constitutionally barred from doing.   To continue the Open Border policy and expand incentives to illegals by offering them “free” healthcare.   To support socialist government-run healthcare. And of course…   To expand the slaughter of unborn Americans through free, government- funded, abortions in spite of the current collapse of the American birth rate. Should just Fifty percent of these promises being implemented in America would cause America to be transformed from a First-World Superpower to a Third-World status in a VERY short period of time.   And then there is the legitimate question of her Constitutional eligibility which no one is willing to bring up. (more on that later   It is time for American Citizens to WAKE UP! And stop thinking that “It could never happen here”. That is what the citizens of Venezuela were thinking in the 1990’s, when Chávez was installed as President, right up until the moment it DID happen there. As the saying goes: “You Can Vote Yourself Into Communism, But You Will Never Vote Yourself Out Of It.” America stands at a crossroads on a path that has been laid by her enemies for many decades. One must also take into consideration her running mate, one Tim Walz. Walz has his own track record. One that is worthy of investigation.   His obvious obsession with the Chinese Communist form of Government, (CCP), is quite concerning. Walz allegedly told students at the Nebraska public school where he taught social studies in November 1991 about the People’s Republic of China as a nation where “everybody shares,” “It means that everyone is the same and everyone shares,” Walz told his Nebraska high school students. “The doctor and the construction worker make the same. The Chinese government and the place they work for provide housing and 14 kg or about 30 pounds of rice per month. They get food and housing,” Walz said at the time. This lesson came just after he had spent a year in China as a teaching fellow beginning in 1989. House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) has initiated an investigation into Minnesota Governor Timothy Walz, The inquiry comes amid growing concerns over Governor Walz’s reported connections to Chinese Communist Party (CCP) entities and officials.   In days-gone-by, honesty was a quality Americans expected and demanded in candidates. Tim Walz has proven that these are qualities he simply does not possess. As recently as 2006, while seeking office for the U.S. House of Representatives, Walz falsely claimed he had been named “Outstanding Young Nebraskan” by the Nebraska Chamber of Congress. Not true!   Walz has repeatedly claimed to have carried weapons “in war” when he, in fact, had not served in any war theater at all. A clear case of stolen valor in the eyes of most veterans who have actually served in theater. TRUTH is, Walz abandoned the men and women under his leadership just as they were getting ready to deploy. Walz justified this dishonorable action by claiming he heard a higher calling, one that led to political office.   Walz’s inability to be truthful seems habitual. In a recent interview, Walz stated, “Thank God for IVF, my wife and I have two beautiful children.” Implying that IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) was instrumental in him having his two beautiful children. Inability to tell the truth seems to be just the outer shell of the nut that is Tim Walz. Inside that shell, with little effort, one will find other disturbing “qualities”.   Minnesota Governor Tim Walz’s administration awarded over $2 million to an Islamic group that fundraises for a charity linked to an al Qaeda affiliate according to the Washington Examiner. During the pandemic, Walz, in lockstep with teachers unions, kept schools closed for extended periods of time. As Governor, Tim Walz chose teachers union money over putting students first and the results have been disastrous. When Walz took office as governor of Minnesota in 2019, 59.2% of Minnesota students were proficient in reading and 55% were proficient in math. Four years later, in 2023, those numbers fell to 49.9% and 45.5%, respectively.   On September 23, 1995, Walz, 31 at the time, and working as a high school teacher and coach, was pulled over for going 96 miles per hour in a 55 MPH zone in Chadron, Nebraska. The state trooper who stopped him smelled alcohol and transported Walz to a hospital where he was issued a field sobriety test. Walz’s blood alcohol level was .128. The legal limit was .100.   During the “Summer Of Love” in Minnesota Walz oversaw the destruction of Minneapolis. Walz ordered the city police to shoot residents who were standing on their own porches with paintball guns. But Walz felt no need to crack down on BLM rioters as they burned Minneapolis. He even bragged about leaving his 87-year-old mother, who had just undergone heart surgery, alone in her home to fend for herself. At the same time, Kamala Harris got people to donate to the Minnesota Freedom Fund that bailed out criminals who then, weeks later, committed murder.   Walz and Harris are birds of a feather. Their flock are all neo-marxist. This true affiliation is exposed in their actions as elected officials.   Greenlighting four days of rioting in Minnesota, the tampons in boys’ restrooms, open borders, illegal alien subsidies etc, etc.   They can’t run away from their records, so they will continue to gaslight the American people.

Guest Column by Emma Lou Elliot  The only way our country can flourish is to REMEMBER we are a nation under God. This stems from our Judeo-Christian heritage and values that our country's forefathers laid out for us in the beginning in our Constitution, Bill of Rights, and Declaration of Independence. Washington DC is SUPPOSED to be like looking in a mirror, representing WE the People. Our political leaders are a part of this process. Washington DC is not going to be more Godly, righteous, or holy until WE are more Godly, righteous, and holy. We are having difficulties with those fundamental issues in our own communities where we live ... for our children, abortion, ponography, homosexuality, transgender, sexual mutilation, etc. This is NOT about parties and politics. It IS about families, common sense, godliness, and what is good for us and our children. Do we have the courage to say what IS acceptable and what is NOT acceptable in our community, state, and nation? If we do not stand up AGAINST that which is ungodly, we can NOT expect those we send to Washington DC to represent us to have policies that stem from godliness, common sense, and righteousness sake. Until we can see progress made in OUR corner of the world, where WE say certain things are NOT acceptable, we will NOT accept that or support people who embrace wrong agendas, our government will NOT be Godly, righteous, or holy. It is unrealistic to think those we vote into office will have a platform of Judeo-Christian values IF WE accept ANYTHING and EVERYTHING that goes against the principles of our heritage  If WE won't say this to our friends, our families, our neighbors, our churches, or where we work, WHY in the world would we even imagine those we vote into office will adhere to anything apart from what WE let slide under the fence, putting our stamp of approval on WHATEVER. ONE NATION UNDER GOD means under God's authority. God's blessings come FROM our being under the authority of God. If we cast off the principles of God, we WILL come under God's judgment. The Church has a very important role to play in this ... that's you and me, Christ followers. We need a new generation of heroes who will have the courage to stand up for what is right and oppose what is not right. Real heroes have the expression of good character and integrity; they plant seeds of our children that will cause them to flourish. Our heroes need to be men and women of faith ... that's you and me ... individuals who will inspire our youth toward truth and godliness.

What is truth? A question that has echoed through the annals of history for over two thousand years. Of course, this is the question Caesar posed to Jesus at his “trial”. A question The Christ let hang, unanswered. As tough a question as that was back then, it has become an even more difficult question in our modern society. Webster’s 1828 dictionary defines truth as “Conformity to fact or reality; exact accordance with that which is, or has been, or shall be. The truth of history constitutes its whole value. We rely on the truth of scriptural prophecies.” AH-HA! There it is! Leave it to Daniel Webster to cut right to it. He goes on to identify Correct opinion, Fidelity, Constancy, Honesty, Virtue, Exactness and Sincerity as qualities of Truth. The foundational premise of Webster’s definition, you’ll notice, is rooted in Scripture. Generally, TRUTH is accepted as the quality of being in accordance with reality. Our challenge today is growing ever more extreme; to answer the question: What is REALITY? More and more Americans are falling for the deception that the realities, which have made up the foundations of human existence since the dawn of Man, are subject to opinion or interpretation. Imagine, a society where being Male or Female is reduced to how one "feels" at any given time! What Facts, Realities, or Truths will decisions which will direct this society's future be based on? "FEELINGS"? Our American society seems to be slipping from its moorings. The currents pulling her away from the acknowledged truths are gaining strength. Currents that appear to be driven by unnatural forces, or at least, hidden ones. The draw seems to be toward a darker side of human nature. Is it possible that the reason God incarnate allowed the question to remain unanswered was due to the stark reality of the situation? Here He was, the embodiment of TRUTH, being tried for speaking the TRUTH, and challenged by local “authorities” to define TRUTH. Is there a greater example of irony in all of human history? By Karen Kingston karenkingston.substack.com June 18, 2024: Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach brought 9 Counts against Pfizer under the Kansas Consumer Protection Act and 1 Count of Civil Conspiracy for conspiring with the US government (including the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS*), the media, social media, universities, the lobbying group BIO, and other organizations in order to generate billions of dollars in revenue by willfully concealing material evidence and misrepresenting the fraudulent safety and efficacy claims of Pfizer’s COVID- 19 mRNA injections to Kansas residents. In related news, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals recently ruled that Americans have the right to challenge the government claim that mRNA injections are 'safe and effective vaccines' and to seek compensatory damages in court; and Texas is suing the pants off of Pfizer. Conspiracy to Commit a Crime Is NOT Protected by the PREP or PAHPRA Act I’m truly sorry that many Health Freedom supporters have been gaslit into believing that conspiracy to commit a crime is protected by US laws, such as the PREP and PAHPRA act. In the lawsuit, AG Kobach correctly points out that after Pfizer received their FDA-approval on August 23, 2021, the pharma giant and HHS were legally obligated to disclose all clinical trial data, as well as adverse events reported to Pfizer and the government agencies. This not only includes Pfizer’s internal databases and the CDC’s VAERS and V- SAFE data, but also data from the US Government BEST database, which includes Medicare and insurance claims of injuries, diseases, and deaths that occurred post-vaccination. The FDA’s Role is To Protect Americans’ Health, NOT Pfizer’s Stock. The lawsuit also accurately points out that the role of government regulators is to protect the health of their populations, not to enrich global pharmaceutical companies. Unconscionable - To Act Without Conscience or Morals. Some of the most unconscionable acts that Pfizer, US government agencies, and the media engaged in were; Claiming that the COVID-19 mRNA injections were safe in pregnant women, when Pfizer’s research showed that more than 50% of pregnant women experienced a serious adverse event. Claiming that the COVID-19 injections were ‘safe and effective’ in children, when Pfizer’s clinical research (and as noted by the FDA) demonstrated that healthy children had a significant increased risk for serious chronic, and sometimes lethal, cardiac conditions post-injection, with virtually no risk of SARS-CoV-2 infection. Claiming the the COVID-19 mRNA injections were ‘safe and effective’ in adults in preventing infection or transmission, when there was no data that proved that the injections prevented infection, transmission, or disease, but there was an overwhelming body of data from US government databases, Pfizer, and the US military demonstrating alarming spikes in chronic diseases post- injections. Pfizer and the FDA Knowingly Caused Disturbing Infertility Risks for Women of Child-Bearing Age and Miscarriages for Pregnant Women When the FDA gave emergency use authorization to Pfizer for their COVID- 19 mRNA injections, Pfizer filed a letter of intent to complete safety trials in pregnant rats. Not only should Pfizer, the FDA, and HHS have never claimed that the COVID-19 mRNA injections were safe in women, it was illegal for the FDA to even authorize Pfizer to conduct a study in pregnant women. Per the lawsuit, after submitting the data from female rats who were confirmed fertile prior to being injected with Pfizer’s COVID-19 mRNA technology; Pfizer and the FDA concluded that “There were no effects of any of the 3 vaccine candidates on mating performance or fertility in female rats or on embryo-fetal or postnatal survival, growth, or development of the offspring.” The statements made by the FDA and Pfizer regarding pregnancy and fertility safety in gestating rats are blatant LIES. The actual data showed that;  Multiple fetuses had severe malformations of their bones and muscles.  Some rats failed to ever become pregnant.  Embryo implantation failure was double in the vaccine group vs placebo.  Rats that received Pfizer’s mRNA injections experienced losing their entire litters and delivering stillborn pups. Will This Break Pfizer and the FDA? With approximately 3.35 million Pfizer mRNA injections administered in Kansas, not only could AG Kobach’s Prayer for Relief easily surpass $100 billion, this lawsuit may be the breaking point causing Pfizer to remove its mRNA COVID-19 injections from the market and criminal charges to be brought against Pfizer and the FDA.   Exodus 23: 1-3 “Do not spread false reports.
