At the foundation of our Nation, we were given a Republic, where one person’s vote counts and is honored no matter what. We the People in that Republic set the course of our Country by voting, which therein contains the heart of the people and what the current culture is desiring to “have, be and do.” It’s supposed to work that way. Our Constitution makes it so. But here in these United States of America, Democracy is being lifted up as the singular focus. Yet in a true democracy, the “mob rules.” Personal votes carry no weight because the majority is moved by intellectually deficient emotions, thus burning businesses and cities down. That is what we’ve seen in this era. And the mob mentality gets fueled by fake media, schoolteachers and college professors, not excluding politicians; all being controlled by globalists and their dark agendas. (Note: This is merely the outward evidence of the kingdom of darkness manifesting its rule on earth through sinful mankind... BUT! Jesus said take heart, “I have overcome the world.”) In a Kingdom there are no votes. The King rules. Jesus was His name (Yeshua means Salvation), and Christ was His title: “Anointed King.” Pastors minimize this by saying Messiah or Christ simply means “the anointing.” So, what do you think? If you were in the presence of a King, the Monarch of a Kingdom who owned everything, and you addressed Him with any less than the fullness of His Title, how do you think that would go for you? The message of the Bible is not about a religion... The message of the Bible is about a King... His Kingdom... and His Royal Kids... The message of the Bible is about a government ruled by a King. The King does not rule a religion! The message of the Bible is about a government ruled by a KING... NOT by a President nor a Prime Minister... Why is this important? Because in a Kingdom there are no votes... You cannot vote God in. (Though many feel that way... “Well God, I will do this for you if you do this for me.”) God does not work for you... a President or Prime Minster does; you vote him or her in, and they work for you. (In theory anyway.) It’s vitally important to remember that the centrality of the Bible is about the Dominion of a King over His territory... Therefore, it’s imperative to note that when you approach the Bible... you MUST NOT approach it as a RELIGIOUS DOCUMENT! The Word of the King declares, “The government will rest upon His shoulder.” Isaiah 9:6 -- It does not say a religion will rest there. In fact, verse 7 states the truth that, “Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end.” Take note that it does NOT say there will be an increase of his religion. Only governments can reign. Religions will always steal, kill, and destroy. Just look at what the Pharisees and Sadducees, the religious people, did to Jesus. What will you choose to submit to? The King and His Kingdom...or the Kingdom of darkness; which reigns over and influences the kingdoms of this world. (MT 4:8-10) Oh, how many “so called Christians” take the Word of the King and pull it down to their level of living... the level they negotiate to live life with Him at, instead of obeying. -- Children obey... Adults negotiate. A King does not negotiate. Trust in the LORD and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture. Take delight in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart. (Ps 37) A religious person reads that passage and thinks from the conceptions in their religious heart, “If I do good I will get the things I want.” This thinking is born out of the conceptions of negotiation called Democracy.

There was one good thing to come out of the recent meetings held by the County Commissioners regarding Election Integrity. Unfortunately, it had nothing to do with election Integrity. The good news pertained to the press releases making the citizens in Ravalli County aware of the form of Government our County has operated under for many years, adopting it. This revelation came when our commissioners desired to audit local elections. This desire stemmed from our Commissioners, when seeking ways to affirm the elections in Ravalli County were safe, secure, open, accurate and auditable, discovered they were disallowed from auditing local elections by the Secretary of State. With the County being “in charge” of elections as defined by the legislature, this came as a surprise to many. Ravalli County operates under a “General Powers” form of government. Of all the forms of Government available, the General Powers form is the MOST SUBSERVIENT to the State. To boil it down, our county can not exercise any authority unless State Laws says they may. That’s right, If there’s not a law that says they can, they can’t. This is so contrary to the American concept of freedom, most have difficulty getting their head around it. Imagine living in a world where you have to seek permission to go to work, or get a new job, or buy a hunting or fishing license, or do anything else you take the freedom to do for granted. That is our form of county government. Why would a County voluntarily surrender the rights of self-government for themselves and thereby their citizens? The answer may surprise you; Logic. With great authority comes great responsibility. Under a “General Powers” form of Government, elected officials have an out from accepting the full responsibility of their positions. Simply stated, IT’S EASIER to surrender your rights and their responsibilities to a “higher authority” than to accept and administer it. Soon we will vote to empower the “County Government Review Commission” process here in Ravalli County. Here’s to hope. Hope that our civil and freedom minded citizens see fit to reclaim the governing authority our founding fathers envisioned when they chose to rest ALL NON ENUMERATED POWERS into the hands of WE THE PEOPLE. Hope that WE, as a free and independent people, can accept and embrace this authority which is rightfully ours.

By RAMESH THAKUR Brownstone Institute On 11 March, my article criticizing what appeared to be a slow-motion coup d’état by the World Health Organization (WHO) to seize health powers from states in the name of preparing for, conducting early warning surveillance of, and responding to “public health emergencies of international [and regional] concern” was published in the Australian. The coup was in the form of a new pandemic treaty and an extensive package of more than 300 amendments to the existing International Health Regulations (IHR) that was signed in 2005 and came into force in 2007, together referred to as the WHO pandemic accords. The two sets of changes to the architecture of global health governance, I argued, will effectively change the WHO from a technical advisory organisation offering recommendations into a supranational public health authority telling governments what to do. On 3 May, the Australian published a reply by Dr. Ashley Bloomfield, co-chair of the WHO working group on the IHR amendments. Bloomfield was New Zealand’s Director-General of Health from 2018–22 and received a knighthood for his services in the 2024 New Year’s Honours list. His engagement with the public debate is very welcome. Rejecting the charge that the WHO is engaged in a power grab over states, Bloomfield wrote that as a one-time senior UN official, I “would know that no single member state is going to concede sovereignty, let alone the entire 194 members.” I bow to the good doctor’s superior medical knowledge in comparison to my non-existent medical qualifications. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same with respect to reforms across the UN system, or sovereignty, or the relationship between “We the peoples” (the first three words of the UN Charter), on the one hand, and UN entities as agents in the service of the peoples, on the other. On medical and not health policy issues, I would quickly find myself out of my depth. I respectfully submit that on sovereignty concerns, Dr. Ashley may be the one out of his depth. On the first point, I was seconded to the UN Secretariat as the senior adviser to Kofi Annan on UN reforms and wrote his second reform report that covered the entire UN system: Strengthening the United Nations: An Agenda for Further Change (2002). The topic of UN reforms, both the case for it and the institutional and political obstacles frustrating the achievement of the most critical reforms, forms a core chapter of my book The United Nations, Peace and Security (Cambridge University Press, 2006, with a substantially revised second edition published in 2017). I was also involved in a small Canada-based group that advocated successfully for the elevation of the G20 finance ministers’ group into a leaders’ level group that could serve as an informal grouping for brokering agreements on global challenges, including pandemics, nuclear threats, terrorism, and financial crises. I co-wrote the book The Group of Twenty (G20) (Routledge, 2012) with Andrew F. Cooper, a colleague in that project. On the second point, I played a central role in the UN’s reconceptualisation of sovereignty as state responsibility and citizens as rights holders. This was unanimously endorsed by world leaders at the UN summit in 2005. On the third point, in Utopia Lost: The United Nations and World Order (1995), Rosemary Righter (the former chief leader writer at the Times of London) quoted Alexander Solzhenitsyn’s description of the United Nations as “a place where the peoples of the world were delivered up to the designs of governments” (p. 85). So yes, I do indeed know something about UN system reforms and the importance of sovereignty concerns in relation to powers given to UN bodies to prescribe what states may and may not do. In agreeing to undertake to implement the WHO advisories, states will be creating a new system of pandemic management under the WHO authority and binding under international law. It will create an open-ended international law obligation to cooperate with the WHO and to fund it. This is the same WHO that has a track record of incompetence, poor decision-making, and politicised conduct. The insistence that sovereignty is not being surrendered is formulaic and legalistic, not substantive and meaningful in practice. It relies on a familiar technique of gaslighting that permits plausible deniability on both sides. The WHO will say it only issued advisories. States will say they are only implementing WHO recommendations as otherwise, they will become rogue international outlaws. The resulting structure of decision-making effectively confers powers without responsibility on the WHO while shredding accountability of governments to their electorates. The losers are the peoples of the world. A “Litany of Lies” and Misconceptions? Not So Fast. Bloomfield’s engagement with the public debate on the WHO-centric architecture of global health governance is very welcome. I have lauded the WHO’s past impressive achievements in earlier writings, for example in the co-written book Global Governance and the UN: An Unfinished Journey (Indiana University Press, 2010). I also agree wholeheartedly that it continues to do a lot of good work, 24/7. In early 2020 I fought with a US editor to reject a reference to the possible virus escape from the Wuhan lab because of WHO’s emphatic statements to the contrary. I later apologized to him for my naivete. Once betrayed, twice shy of the message: “Trust us. We are from the WHO, here to keep you safe.” Sir Ashley was merely echoing the WHO chief. Addressing the World Governments Summit in Dubai on 12 February, Director-General (DG) Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus attacked “the litany of lies and conspiracy theories” about the agreement that “are utterly, completely, categorically false. The pandemic agreement will not give WHO any power over any state or any individual.” DG Tedros and Sir Ashley do protest too much. If Australia chooses as a sovereign nation to sign them, that does not mean there is no loss of effective sovereignty (that is, the power to make its health decisions) from that point on. This is why all 49 Republican senators have “strongly” urged President Joe Biden to reject the proposed changes. The expansion of “WHO’s authority over member states during” pandemic emergencies, they warn, would “constitute intolerable infringements upon US sovereignty.” In addition, 22 AttorneysGeneral have informed Biden that the WHO writ under the new accords will not run in their states. “Legally Binding” vs “Loss of Sovereignty” is a Distinction without a Difference They can’t all be part of a global conspiracy to peddle a litany of lies. The WHO is offering up a highly specious argument. Sir Ashley didn’t really engage with the substance of my arguments either. He dismissed criticism of the proposed changes as “an attempt by the WHO to gain the power to dictate to countries what they must do in the event of a pandemic” as a “misconception.” I get the argument that sovereign states are voluntarily agreeing to this. In terms of legal technicality, it might well be more accurate, as Libby Klein suggests in her draft letter to Australian MPs, to use words and phrases like “ceding autonomy,” “yielding “effective control over public health decisions,” “outsourcing public health decisionmaking to the WHO,” or “offshoring our public health decision-making.” This is the legalistic distinction that Bloomfield is effectively making. Since the creation of the United Nations in 1945, states have been required to conduct themselves increasingly in conformity with international standards. And it is the UN system that sets most of the relevant international standards and benchmarks of state behaviour. For example, for centuries countries had the absolute right to wage wars of aggression and defence as an acknowledged and accepted attribute of sovereignty. By adopting the United Nations Charter in 1945, they gave up the right to wage aggressive wars. I am very glad they did so. Just because the surrender of this aspect of sovereignty was voluntary, it doesn’t mean there was no surrender of sovereignty. The Effort Should Be Put on Indefinite Hold It is an iron law of politics that any power that can be abused, will be abused by someone, somewhere, some time in the future. For current examples of overreach by a technocrat, look no further than Australia’s eSafety Commissioner. The truly frightening thing about her example is the realization of just how much her efforts have been deliberately embedded in a global campaign to “bureaucratize” and control the internet. A softer conclusion is that powers once granted over citizens to authorities are far more difficult to claw back than not giving them the powers in the first place. Thus far from retreating, the Censorship-Industrial Complex is simultaneously being broadened to embrace additional sectors of governance and public policy and globalised. A report from Leeds University documented that pandemics are rare events. They are not becoming more frequent. For poor countries, their global disease burden is much lower than that of the big killer diseases like TB, malaria, and HIV/AIDS. For industrialised countries like Australia, the disease burden has been greatly reduced since the Spanish flu with improved surveillance, response mechanism, and other public health interventions. There is no emergency justifying the rushed process. An immediate pause and a slow and deliberative process would lead to better policy development and deliver better national and global health policy outcomes.  “Pause for thought, argue for a wider delay, think it through properly. And don’t sign till it’s right.” David Frost , who led the UK Brexit negotiations. Just so.

What is the “Purpose” of our government? Whywasit created? To answer that question we must discover what caused its creation, so let’s begin at the source. Before our Constitution, before the Federalists Papers or the Anti-Federalist Papers, the first official American document was produced. The Declaration of Independence. The abuses and strife that our forefathers bore in the years leading up to what many described as a desperate act, of desperate men, may well be seen through the shadow of history as unique to the era, but were they? What is the “Purpose” of our government? Whywasit created? To answer that question we must discover what caused its creation, so let’s begin at the source. Before our Constitution, before the Federalists Papers or the Anti-Federalist Papers, the first official American document was produced. The Declaration of Independence. The abuses and strife that our forefathers bore in the years leading up to what many described as a desperate act, of desperate men, may well be seen through the shadow of history as unique to the era, but were they? *He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good. For clarification; “Assent” per Webster’s 1828 definition: “We assent to a proposition, but we do not consent to it.” *For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury: *For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments: *He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers. *He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries. *He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance. *He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation. It is incumbent for all who enjoy the bounty provided us by such bold men and women, to read the full text of the Declaration Of Independence. You will find reliability between today and this Two Hundred and Forty Eight year old document. We now know what propelled the movement, but not answered the question; What's It For!? Returning to the first cornerstone laid in the foundation of our country, the Declaration Of INDEPENDENCE; “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.-- That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,--That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.” Footnote: “unalienable” is una’ lien’ able. I.E. can not be indentured or transferred. Think of a property “lien”. Let’s parse this out, multiple, extremely important, principles are defined in the beginning sentence, put into modern jargon states; 1) It is obvious that all mankind are equally created by God, in the image of God and blessed directly by God, with rights inherent to their very creation. These Godgiven rights can not be separated, nor transferred, from God’s creation, and 2) These principles of God-given rights are of such importance to cause mankind to institute government to insure those rights are forever secured. 3) The only source of power available to the people-created government, are those powers freely and knowingly granted to it by the creators, we the people. 4) Should there come a time when the creation (the Government) ceases to demonstrate as its highest priority, securing the rights of the People, or deems itself greater than the creators (the People), it is inherently within the rights of the People to change the Government to bring it back to the original intent of the creators, We The People. Our Founding Fathers defined the PRIMARY PURPOSEof our Government to be TO SECURE THERIGHTSoftheCitizens of these United States. Reading the Federalist Papers and the Anti-Federalist Papers, publicly published, reveal much about the mindset of the Founders. Written to bring forward the raging debate occurring throughout drafting of the specific wording of our Constitution, much more is exposed than is specifically written. That is the clear understanding that any action not centered around the primary purpose for which Government was created, was, by nature, traitorous. It is also evidenced the drafters understood the adversarial relationship being created between We The People and the Government. Creation of a government whose only source of power was the people, and the only powers granted to the Government were those specifically enumerated (named). Throughout these debates, government becoming the enemy of our freedom becomes a theme. In a famous quote attributed to Thomas Jefferson, the author of our Declaration Of Independence; ”to bind them with the constraints of the Constitution, preventing them from misusing their authority.” Highlighting the understanding that a monster was being created and the Constitution was to be the vital tool for protecting our individual rights and freedoms from government overreach and its insatiable appetite for power. Reiterating the primary purpose of government laid in our first cornerstone, now known simply as “The Declaration”. We, as apeople and U.S. citizens, have been consistently persuaded to ignore this purpose of our Government. When was the last time you witnessed one of your leaders standing in the gap against government in defense of your rights? Or, more to the point, when was the last time YOU stood up to your elected or appointed representatives in defense of YOUR rights? We are being inundated with sly, innuendoladen, messages from our government through all means of media and organizations. One of these nefarious messages seems intent on convincing us that we enjoy our liberties at the behest of government. Another, even more nefarious and less subliminal, is designed to convince us that we are not, and never have been, a Christian nation. Honest research, accompanied by a clear understanding of nineteenth century English language, (Webster’s 1828 Dictionary recommended) will remove all doubt about the falsehood of these claims. In fact, throughout the history of mankind, America is the ONLY nation in the history of the world to be founded under God and not a man. Israel is the only nation that comes close, it was founded BY God. This brings us back to the TRUE source of our National Power. The previously encouraged honest research project should have uncovered what many have attempted to bury. The United States, AMERICA, is a covenant nation . Dedicated to God by the earliest settlers and by our leaders at its founding. Researched evidence will expose the correlation of our submission to God and our unparalleled rise to power on the world stage. Also exposed, will be our demise and its direct correlation to our rebellion and national rejection of God Almighty, breaking our covenant. Some maysay, “ah come on now, you really believe that God is in control?” Yep, I do. Let’s look at a VERY modern example of this undeniable TRUTH. Prior to 2019 El Salvador was a country in chaos. Crime was at an all time high, violent crime was out of control, cartels were controlling society. It had become known as the “murder capital of the world” much like multiple major cities in America today. In 2019, El Salvador’s Nayib Bukele was elected President. The first presidential candidate since 1989 to be elected not affiliated with one of the two major political parties in El Salvador. Since his arrival, Bukele has transformed El Salvador into “the safest country in the western hemisphere”. But HOW!? According to Bukele, in an interview with Tucker Carlson, they made an official plan, which was a lie, but they did one and it worked. That is what they told the media. That’s the “official” statement. The TRUTH is “it’s a miracle”. “It was an impossible mission, so we prayed.” Who was “we”? The security council of El Salvador. Not the nation, not just the President, but those who were in charge of the country and the effort to bring civility back to El Salvador. President Bukele declared the significance that led them to seek God’s help and favor was that this was a spiritual war that had manifested into the physical realm. The results confirm, beyond all doubt that God’s promise declared in 2Ch 7:14: “ if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land .” As with all God’s promises, it is conditional. “ IF ” It’s up to We The People, we still have HOPE. Do we have the courage to be humble? to be continued….

The United Nations is actively navigating the river to one-world-governance, aka, Globalism. While we, in these United States, take a breath on what we were sold as a “win” against the World Health Organization’s (WHO) plans to implement their draconian “Pandemic Treaty” which is not a treaty at all (more on that later) it comes to light that the United Nations has introduced what is called “Our Common Agenda”. Is our common agenda one focused on empowering the individual on a global scale? Is it an agenda to strengthen the independence to create a stronger team of U.N. member countries? Is it designed to lift up the world’s poor populations currently being oppressed by their governments or ruthless gangs? Upon perusal of “Our Common Agenda” I can, with confidence, state emphatically NO to all those questions. On the opening page titled ”A Wake-up call”, after the expected aggrandizing of the organization, a list titled “The Cost Of Covid-19” is listed. This list includes such claims as “The pandemic-induced poverty surge will also widen the gender poverty gap, meaning more women will be pushed into extreme poverty than men.” “Nearly one in three people in the world (2.37 billion) did not have access to adequate food in 2020– an increase of almost 320 million people in just one year” “Early estimates suggest a potential increase of up to 45 per cent in child mortality because of health-service shortfalls and reductions in access to food.” “Total working hours fell by 8.8 per cent in 2020, the equivalent of 255 million full time jobs.” “Restricted movement, social isolation and economic insecurity are increasing women’s vulnerability to violence in the home around the world.” Challenges presented by C-19 are declared such as; shared vulnerability, inequalities in societies, disenchantment with institutions and political leadership, vaccine nationalism. "Benefits" of C-19 are listed including; a surge of collective action, reminded of the vital role of the State in solving problems, the need for networks of actors stretching well beyond States to cities, corporations, scientists, health professionals, researchers, civil society, the media, faith based groups and individuals and solidarity are the only solutions, within societies and between nations. Notice NO RESPONSIBILITY for this attack on mankind was assigned or suggested. The first few pages of this multi-chapter “Agenda” are exalting “Solidarity” as the solution to most all the world’s ills. This self-proclaimed U.N. touted “solution” of solidarity is a requirement bolstered by mostly unfounded claims of the “successes” attributed to the U.N. including “helping to avert WWIII”. Further in we find; “THE CHOICE BEFORE US: A SCENARIO OF BREAKDOWN AND PERPETUAL CRISIS” Issues driving this “Perpetual Crisis” are listed as; DEADLY PANDEMICS UNINHABITABLE PLANET DESTABILIZING INEQUALITIES Are you beginning to recognize a trend here? The U.N. has adopted the mantle of an independent government. Like most governments, the only source of power is the people. The advantage the U.N. has is they don’t need to convince (read deceive) millions of citizens that their “agenda” is worthy of support. They only need to convince, deceive or bribe enough “leaders” of countries to support their agenda. A minor investment for a multinational, multi-TRILLION dollar, autonomous, organization being mostly funded by YOUR TAX DOLLARS.The financial support restored to the U.N. by the Biden administration is indicative of its support for this agenda. The U.S. has historically been the primary obstacle to the U.N. achieving their long held goal of making the world’s governments vassal states. This “Common Agenda” contains a work-around to one principal roadblock. Independent economies. The U.N. has devised a plan, based on the European Union (EU) marketplace, who have thrown their support behind this agenda. This plan will require all corporations generating over a set value annually, to come into compliance with strict Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria. Those corporations who come into compliance to achieve acceptable scores will be allowed to do business under the U.N. approved umbrella in the EU. But there IS a catch. It will not be only the Big corporations that will be required to come into compliance with the ESG standards. It will also be all associated small businesses supplying goods and services to these compliant major corporations. Aluminium and steel suppliers, electrical suppliers, shipping, transportation, etc. Also impacted will be the suppliers to those companies such as power providers, fuel suppliers, etc. It is a wide net the U.N. is constructing in an attempt to bring the U.S. to heel. In June 1776, the Continental Congress appointed a five-member committee, known as the Committee of Five, to draft a declaration of independence. The committee consisted of Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, Benjamin Franklin, Roger Sherman, and Robert R. Livingston. Thomas Jefferson, who was only 33 years old at the time, was tasked with writing the initial draft. The First Draft Jefferson’s first draft, also known as the “original Rough draught,” was written in June 1776. This draft was a comprehensive document that outlined the colonies’ grievances against King George III and the British government, as well as the colonies’ right to seek independence. Revisions and Edits The Committee of Five reviewed Jefferson’s draft and made significant changes, including adding 86 changes suggested by John Adams and Benjamin Franklin. The document was then presented to the Continental Congress for review and editing. The Final Version After several revisions, the final version of the Declaration of Independence was adopted by the Continental Congress on July 4, 1776. The document declared the 13 American colonies’ independence from Great Britain and established the United States of America as a sovereign nation.

On May 8th, 2024 multiple calls for a special legislative session were issued by the Montana Freedom Caucus. The purpose of these calls varied. All were topics that one would identify as Republican issues. Yet, each call was defeated by the Republican Supermajority legislative slate of representatives sent to Helena in 2022. Legislative actions to be considered in these calls were: Call 1 drafted May 4th was to: …“improve transparency, accuracy and trust in Montana’s election’s.” Issues addressed in this call were to be “lack of clarity in Montana code concerning what is a verified United States citizen allowed to vote in state and national elections, and lack of on the same topic in the Montana Constitution. These conditions allow for the possibility of disenfranchising Montana’s citizens to the benefit of noncitizens and reducing Montanan’s trust in our election systems and processes. And …”to consider a Constitutional Initiative to be placed on the ballot for November 2024 and to adopt statutory guidelines to clarify proof of citizenship requirements.” Call 2 drafted May 6th was to: "Regulate illegal alien entry into Montana Regulate in relation to illegal aliens, including but not limited to: nonprofits, organizations, individuals and businesses Distribution of Marijuana Tax Revenue” Call 3 drafted May 6th was to: …”an upcoming election in November 2024 to fill two vacant seats on the Montana Supreme Court. Absent reforms, Montana’s current “non-partisan” judicial election system will deprive Montana Voters of the most important information about the candidates running for these seats: their party affiliation. As a result, Montana voters may unknowingly cast their ballots for judicial candidates who do not share the voter’s worldview. …”to consider bills that would allow judicial candidates to have their party affiliations appear on ballots, thereby providing voters with important information they need to make informed choices when casting their ballots.” One reason given in these calls to reassemble the legislature to address issues not addresses during the regular session is the unanticipated “sine die” that brought the unfinished legislative session to a premature close. These action items all appear to be important, and some critical, issues for all Montanans regardless of party affiliation. They also all seem to be in full accordance with the official MTGOP platform. Yet, the supermajority Republican Montana Congress refused to support the calls. The Ravalli County Representatives votes for and against each call are recorded as follows: Bedey; Call 1: Against Call 2: Agains t Call 3: Against Binkley: Call 1: No Vote Call 2: No Vote Call 3: No Vote Ellsworth : Call 1: No Vote Call 2: No Vote Call 3: No Vote Marshall: Call 1: For Call 3: For Manzella : Call 1: For Call 3: For Rusk : Call 1: Against Call 2: Against Call 3: Against All Calls were favored by the House and opposed by the Senate. The combined vote totals for the House and the Senate resulted in failure of all calls. There have been three things on my mind lately and the title gives it away. It’s important to realize the battles we face today are spiritual battles. Satan is doing everything in his power to destroy us is multiple ways. First, he is using fear to control what we can do as a whole. Second, many of our jobs have been taken away so that we may not take care of our families. Third, our food industry is suffering and already, there are places that feel that crunch and it’s going to get worse. I’m not telling you anything you don’t already know, it’s right before our eyes. But I want to remind you of verses in Ephesians 6:10-17. At the end of the day, it's all about a battle over souls. Satan hates God's creation and wants to destroy us. Adversely, God so loves us that He gave His one and only son that we should not perish but have eternal life. The choice is each one of our personal responsibility's to choose who we are going to follow. Ephesians 6:10-17 The Armor of God 10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11: Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12: For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13: Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14: Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15: and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16: In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17" Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. Who's Our Enemy Pay particular attention to verse 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. It tells us who our enemy really is. It is sometimes easy to forget who our real enemy is and start blaming this person or that person. Isn’t it just like Satan to take the spotlight off of himself and put it on people. So remember, who our real enemy is and put on the full armor of God. Be prepared to fight in the name of Jesus. And by fight, I’m saying be prepared because the flaming arrows are coming and you need to be ready. Prayer is powerful so pray constantly because Satan doesn’t take a break so it imperative to keep the offensive fight up. With the full armor of God, remember, Jesus is with you always. He will never leave you or forsake you. Throughout history it’s as important as ever to have faith and not waiver. Fear really isn’t an option, we need to stand firm in the name of the Lord and be the warriors we are meant to be. Much like David when he confronted Goliath. David was not timid, he ran towards Goliath without hesitation because he knew that God was on his side. That is the kind of warrior all Christians need to be. Faith in the Lord and know that what ever happens God is on your side. ROMANS 8:36-37 As it is written: “For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep for the slaughter? No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. 1 Timothy 6:12 Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses. 2 Corinthians 10:4 The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. Isaiah 41:10 So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. I’ve briefly touched on spiritual warfare and fear and both of these are very important subjects, but if you don’t know Jesus as your personal savior now is the perfect time to accept Him. Jesus died on the cross and was resurrected not only to save us and wash our sin away but He also gave us power and authority over evil. if you don’t know Jesus and if you think you’re going to get through this life alone you are sadly mistaken. It’s is time to join the winning team and secure your freedom and salvation. John 14:15-17 If you love me, keep my commandments. I will ask the Father to give you another Helper, to be with you always. He is the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor recognizes him. But you recognize him, because he lives with you and will be in you. When you accept Jesus, he sends the Holy Spirit to you whom is always with where ever you are. Nowis the time, there is no time to waste. Put on the full armor of God, be the warrior he created you to be and don’t let Satan catch you off guard. Take the fight to him by praying and calling on the Lord to fight the evil within the spiritual realm. Power of Prayer Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for salvation. Thank you for your sacrifice that makes it possible to be snatched out of Satan’s grasp. Thank you for always being with us and never leaving us or forsaking us. Thank you for making all things possible through you. Thank you for coming to testify to the truth, for warning us to fear not 365 times in the New Testament , and for all your promises that give us courage to stand firm and profess the truth. Thank you, in your precious name Jesus, I pray. Amen

As government has become an ever-increasing force in our daily lives, the results make a huge difference at the local, state and national level. When their regularities of the 2020 election were ignored by the justice system and the media, average citizens came forward to figure out what might have happened. In upstate New York, Marly Hornik, a homeschool mom, teamed up with election and cybersecurity expert Harry Haury, and formed NewYorkCitizens Audit to investigate their state voter roll database. They released peer-reviewed statistical reports that exposed alarming errors in the data for 2020 and 2022. Among their findings for 2022… 1,467,399 illegal duplicate registrations with 449,856 votes cast. 16,623 votes cast by voters with a blank address. 35,312 more votes counted than voters who voted– an impossibility in a properly conducted election. They founded a nationwide group, United Sovereign Americans, (USA) to share their legal and statistics expertise with over 25 state groups investigating their own databases. The organization is 100% non-partisan. In elections where Republicans win, the Democrats have suspected foul play, and vice versa. BOTH sides need to be certain that election results are fair and honest. Hornik: " .the only job of an election administrator is to follow the law. You have an election system that is inherently a zero-trust system. You have naturally adversarial parties, they have no reason to trust each other, and they actually have quite a lot of reasons not to trust each other. And they have all these supporters, they have donors, there’s this whole machine backing each one of these adversaries. So how is it, that at the end of the day, we maintain domestic tranquility, we maintain continuity of government, and everybody hears the election result and goes home in peace? That’s because the election official has to walk a tightrope between those two adversaries. That tightrope is the exact procedures required by law for the administration of the election that everyone will end up feeling is fair, and believing in and trusting as fair. If they step off that tightrope, the Supreme Court says there’s only one reason.”-Fraud- “That’s it, why else would you take all those risks, why would you disrupt the harmony of a nation?” Without media or congressional action on election validity, citizen groups like the USA are now the only way to demand that elections follow established federal law.
